tfw it dawns on you that it has been two years since you've decided to watch this and you realize that every other drama you've watched since couldn't make you feel even a fragment of the emotions you experienced while watching Vincenzo.... insane ! happy 2 years to the silly little mafia man drama 🎉🕊️
y'all can someone update me on the lead's progression and what the chances are of them getting back together? 😭 i honestly haven't had the motivation to continue watching since ep 4/5 and i'm not sure if i want to stick through if they just end up seperated. truthfully i tuned in because i was excited for a lovers-to-enemies-to-lovers arc + the romance aspect of it, but the show is really more about the intricacies of divorce and everything that comes along with it. while there may be some worthwile commentary on certain things that i can definitely appreciate, i don't think it's worth it for me to keep watching if the romance won't pay off.

mostly because they're fans of the original webtoon which didn't have romance and was purely fantasy/comedy. you know how it is with adaptions, you'll always have the people who want it to stay true to the soure material. i haven't read it though and came here specifically because it has romance, so i don't really care lol

technically you don't *need* to as it has a standalone plot but i'd highly recommend you do, since you get to find out about dr. kim's backstory and just have some more context about certain events/characters when you start s2. i thought the first season was just as good!

true, sometimes you need a palate cleanser. i couldn't be one of those who only limit themselves to one genre like daek/heavy dramas, you gotta balance stuff out!
