Not everyone hating Junghwan and Yumin and I'm actually enjoying their scenes LMAO 💀 Like okay yeah, he's being a shitty person most of the time and I can see why it doesn't sit right with people how he's not yet fully over Junyoung but still engages with Yumin but to be honest isn't this the point? The fact that he's starting to like her is making him realize how much time he wasted for 3 years being hung up over Junyoung, and how he has to stop being so bitter over it all and taking it out on Taeyang etc. when Junyoung didn't talk to him even once during that time. That's exactly what Taejun mentioned during the rooftop scene, and at the end you could clearly see that look of realization in Junghwan's eyes and he couldn't even bother to fight back anymore. Because Taejun was right. He's beginning to see how faulty his blind dedication to Junyoung is and liking Yumin is helping him realize that. And we still have half the drama left, he's gonna get his character development.
Didn't you see the preview for episode 9? If she didn't want to get involved why did she tell PTJ to stay away…
Yeah I don't think she's being downright vicious (i mean we have yet to see lol but still), but why would she try to make Taejun stay away from Taeyang if she didn't have some sort of negative feelings towards her still?
I have a question. What do you think Taejun's stares at Taeyang mean throughout the episode? when he looked at…
I didn't interpret too much into it, but I just thought it's because he's reflecting on the fact that Taeyang is the one who was Junyoung's friend. I could be wrong too? I don't think he's doubting their rlship or anything like that though, because remember his monologue in the end?
First I really don't really understand the dislike towards Yumi, she isn't really doing anything wrong in my opinion,…
lol I share ur opinion, I actually really like Yumin and how she tells Junghwan what's business, he needs someone to put him into his place tbh xD The part whe she just straight up heads into a Tarot reading was so funny
OOOF. I just finished both ep 7 and 8 and omg so much happened. Park twins are still amazing together, and to be honest with the end of ep 8 I think I can now be confident that now matter what'll happen (even with all the upcoming conflict coming up concering Junyoung), those two will weather the storm together. I just can't see them not having a happy ending, it wouldn't seem fitting at this point. They'll get through it. ❤️ On the other hand, I'm excited to see the bromance between Taejun and Junghwan finally blossoming, from the way they played the match together in the end and when Taejun almost shook hands with him (pfft), it's good to see them warming up to each other. And idk about others, but I'm really enjoying the Yumin/Junghwan pairing, it's good to see a softer side of him and I like how Yumin basically doesn't take shit from him and constantly puts him on the spot lol. I also love how Taeyang now finally formed a proper friendship with someone on the team, as it was really hard seeing her constantly on her own but I think she is slowly but surely forming connections and I really really hope we see the other team members warm up to her even more, especially Youngshim. But ooooh my god, that ending- I was so blinded with the happy moment of Taejun winning the match and Taeyang cheering for him that I completely didn't see Jungyoung running into both of them in the end coming. And judging from the preview Junyoung is 100% still holding a grudge against Taeyang. I already don't like her, seeing how she's trying to stop Taejun from being with Taeyang, but seeing Taejun stand up against it and trying to talk Junyoung into finally forgiving her makes me a bit hopeful bc, nope they ain't gonna break up. Nope, not gonna happen. Speaking it into existence lmao. I wish they had ended ep 8 on that happy note and didn't give us that angsty cliffhanger, bc I absolutely cannot bear to wait another week after that ending 😭😭😭
I was so worried that being early together might end up with a break up in the final episode. But then, this writer…
Haven't seen her previous work but i'm really hoping that she sticks the landing with Love All Play's couple, because I'm seeing screenshots of the new episode and the angst is definitely coming 😭
Am I the only one that felt lowkey anxious during a lot of scenes? I really like the drama don't get me wrong but there are so many ~tense~ and awkward moments/silences that made me feel super nervous while watching lol
Just saw the ratings and omg barely 1.2% :( How is this drama so underrated?? I guess it's mainly due to the leads not being super well known and it being a sports drama, but still. I feel bad because it really deserves more viewers.
the leads are super heartwarming and cute but there is definitely more drama/angst than racket boys and more focus on the romance. still an amazing show though!
Also if you take into account the context of their relationship in the drama, if she's a good sister there's a…
Agree, plus it also makes sense from Taejun's point of view; it doesn't seem like they were very close as siblings since he mostly lived in the shadow of her success so it's safe to assume Taejun probably never really cared about his sister's friends and who she was close with.
Didn't think I was gonna find another ongoing drama that had me hooked this much after Business Proposal, but damn. It's almost twice as bad waiting for new episodes to come out for this one 😭
if you're a fan of the genres/writer's other dramas, then absolutely, and if you just want an entertaining drama that isn't realistic then I'd also say watch it! it's a good mix of everything but keep in mind the humor is very unique and romance albeit part of the plot isn't the main focus. also, definitely stick around for at least 3/4 episodes before deciding to drop it or not.
Ppl who speak Korean noticed that Taeyang wrote "me" in the sun over his grave 😭😭 and apparently her name…
yea i noticed that! it's hilarious tbh xD also, when they were leaving together in the morning and taejun was following her on her bike he called her "my sun" since taeyang literally means sun :')
basically it's just being a sheep tbh, I don't find it that surprising that they just change moods depending on…
Yeah it's basic peer pressure. It's quite sad and obviously frustrating to watch but I mean that's mainly how bullying works when several people are involved? It happens in real life just like that; those who follow a person with a certain amount of authority shy away from showing how they really feel about things because they fear getting on that person's bad side. Youngsim is obviously the oldest/most experienced of the team and the others don't seem to be able to speak over her (and you know how seniority works in Korea) but no one seemed to actually genuinely hate Taeyang. Nothing to do with the narrative.
AHHHHH this is so so cute and they may be one of my favorite couples already I don't really like junyoung and…
I think "extremely inconsiderate" would fit them best. I don't think they are necessarily trying to be mean or are even aware of how they treat Taejun but they're just so blinded by how much they care about Junyoung and her career that they've become completely ignorant towards Taejun and disregard him without even realizing it.. I feel so bad for him honestly and the fact that he never once complained about it and just bottled it up. He shares a lot with Taeyang in that regard tbh :(( They have each other at least
