Hm, tbh I don't hate his dad at all. It's his job as a doctor, and most doctors are like this. Always busy. Yes as a son he can blame him, but the way his wife villain-ified him felt weird to me. Like, it should be expected that he won't have much free time to hang out with the family. It's not her fault for being disappointed, but she should've atleast made sure the kid doesn't blame him too...and the grandfather part totally seemed like a right decision to me. But yeah MS is a kid and true his dad does keep lots from him.

Everyone who's worried about ratings - there's some users who are just used to hating, they've given bad ratings to all 23 episodes when there are only 10 out lol, so don't mind the rating. Mostly people commenting here like the drama. There's just people who don't want this to get high ratings (for whatever reason), but let's not let them ruin our experience.
One thing I'm not sure of, why did FL burn the diary, and give the music box back? She could've kept it as proof. Well, not like she's gonna make him suffer by law, but still. Also, we're only at episode 10, so many more to go, do we think her plan is gonna work? Or there's something else that will happen?
Well.. these episodes were difficult to watch. I didn't hate the mom before because I wanted to get full context on everything. The leaving Bei-yu part might not be her fault after what we have seen (In my country too this used to happen, where relatives would "adopt" your kids, I have seen many women who didn't stay with their kids because of that). But forgiving Jin Rui was unacceptable.. she cares for her kids but how could she slap her daughter while forgiving Jin Rui?? This made me very angry. Everyone else is fine but the mother should take her daughter's side. Unfortunately women like this do exist.

This is why it's annoying when there's already a big fan base who has just seen a couple of cdramas come to the good drama pages. If no one knew the leads, those kind of people wouldn't come to this page and give low ratings for no reasing...but no worries! This drama is going better than most cdramas of this year for me. So far it's a 10/10!
I really love this show. The highlight of these two episodes for me was the most adorable sorry from ML, and the recklessness of FL, she's so young. I think they've captured the feeling of late teens well, especially as she is a person who lives in such a controlling family.
