You and Kaju!! I caught you two :D I was wondering where you all escaped from our veteran page XD Btw how are the martial arts here? Frustrating plot points? 🤔
haha. It's hard for moms to like inexperienced actors and teen dramas. :D Considering her age, I think she's absolutely right about the veteran cast. :) About Le Yan and HD.. I didn't have much trouble with the beginning and continuation of their relationship, but LY's heart should have slowly turned to him from Shuyu in the process. It is very difficult for a woman to forget the man she loved for years and love a new one in one day after all. And we saw her warming up to HD as a person, but there didn't seem to be any signs that her heart was heading for him. Until the moment of the duel, it was Shuyu, whom she still insisted on and waited for. So everything that happened after that duel scene was like 'what is going on now, what speed is this!!' for me. XD After showing us the girl who loved her childhood friend until then, it is quite illogical to ignore everything suddenly and show that she love the other man or want marry him with lines like 'actually, it was a habit for me to love Shuyu'. :/ (There's also a lot of things about LY's perspective on that marital duel that just doesn't make sense to me, but it would take a long time to explain. Just nevermind :D ) Although there wasn't enough time after that hour for the sensible operation I mentioned to happen, but at least if they'd made them look like an engaged couple who had just gotten to know each other as a prospective spouse, rather than suddenly making them look like lovebirds. Most things seem forced to me too because of what I have said and can't said. XD That's why I find LY's individual journey more pleasant. :') About Mimi. I've met Mimi haters here too, yours seems like a more reasonable negative rating :D Since most of the acting in the series is quite good in general, those who are less in this regard are immediately noticeable. Mimi and Sheer are one of them, I think. It may be because they do not have the necessary experience yet, but there are places where their acting cannot fully convince. But in any case, Sheer has managed to make it into my favorite characters list here. I didn't really have much problem with Mimi either. But when she revealed CG's identity during the peace agreements, I was pretty pissed off. (We didn't know it was their plan at the time.) But what I was pissed off about was that even though they knew this girl's problem, they hadn't solved it until then and left her in situations where she would have to do things she didn't want to do. You couldn't trust the character. A betrayal could come from her at any moment because of her brother. Screenwriters love this kind of tragic things. That's why her presence made me nervous always.
This may be the only thing I've watched for a long time, almost without skipping or fast-forward. (I was watching most of things by flying between episodes. XD They don't completely wrap me up.) Since I re-watched this with my mother, it was not possible for me to skip a scene again, but there were just a few moments when I was busy with my phone or something else. And now if I watch it for the 3rd time with someone, I will probably watch it without getting so bored. :D (I guess the parts that overwhelm me here are just the parts about that disobedient brat crown prince and the slow-talking annoying Lady Bug Yi Cheng XD The second time, Le Yan also tired me out a bit. I guess it's because parts of her don't interest me that much.)
I enjoyed most of this, though the side story of Princess Leyan didn't do anything for me, and I found the animated…
for the parts you mentioned, as far as I understand; Great Khan is probably still sick and in recovery, but the doctor said that even if he finally recovered, he would no longer be able to go on campaignes and lead armies. So his son will take good care of him and he will probably no longer be more than a sick and retired Khan. Sheer was already talking about not wanting to be Khan and went his own way in the last episode. Take him out too. In the last scene, Sun was in the grasslands wearing his Tegin outfit. This is his business suit. So he seems like the leader of the grassland now. Everything will look to his hands until Yanli Khan is at least able to do the paperwork :D (but also Sheer loves grassland. He will return one day. Maybe eventually he and AS will find ways to lead the grassland, fraternal. The final scene of the two looked promising in that regard. Once Yanli's influence wears off, the ice and misunderstandings between them may vanish completely :)) Also about CG. Just because she's in the grassland doesn't mean she's plowing. This is more of an indication that she is free now and living a life as she wants with Sun. She is a lady with many skills and interests. Sun is the likely leader, so CG will help him with diplomatic and other things. Earlier in the last episode we already saw the two of them as a couple and they made a promise that they would be with each other and be fine as long as they have each other (also they are married now). After making sure that the two of them are together, in the last scene we see the two of them individually, as their own characters, where they stand and their final situation. Especially for this drama, which can be described as the journey of CG, her individual standing in the last scene and the completion of her story and character with a peaceful point is a nice way to remind what/who the main story is about (She's also same area with Sun and already pictured with him on the manga page where the final scene turns into. You don't look like you're stuck with this, but we've seen a lot of people clamoring for why the two aren't side by side at the end and trying to label it an open ending. That's why I explain this much :D). This was her story from the beginning. Finally done with her. But thankfully, we were not deprived of other points that we wanted to see and wondered about before. -It's been a while since I watched the last episode. Correct me if there is a part I quoted wrong :D- (btw, there are also some explanations in the discussion section about the ending. Maybe you'd like to read them too.)
I also have to say this. We would probably have much more precise answers to all of these. Because it was filmed as 50 episodes. Then they probably had to cut something off when they had to be downgraded to 49 episodes. (ah sorry the first thing you ask, I answer the last XD)
So, the Ashile Eagle tribe guy who gets sent to the Khan to get plants to cure the plague - on the cast list he's…
You're welcome... Also, when you're having trouble about hair again don't be afraid to say it, I'll share your pain XD by the way you're consuming fast... your cookies are almost finished, soon your pocket will be completely empty :'))
https://www.instagram.com/p/CSHPSXogqSi/ it's funny how leo/ashile tribe men gets tease for their posture/walk…
It makes me laugh every time too they make fun of this pose. His muscles must be sore from holding his arms like that all the time :D I think they may have been habitually walking around in that stiff posture for a while even after filming ended XD
So, Changge left the Ashile Eagle camp and now Ashile Sun is chasing her, fine. But does this mean he'll be back…
XDD You seem to have a sad history about beautiful long wavy hair and treacherous buns and hats that hide that beauty :D Definitely. If only he had gone around posing as a wandering swordsman like LL instead of disguised as a Tang native, we wouldn't have suffered this torment. It's not a profession he doesn't know either XD About the Great Khan. Actually, you're right in general, but for some reason I never hated that guy. Maybe it's because I'm sensitive about family relationships, I was always trying to see bits of goodness in him and just a little bit of ignoring other things :D Also, there are certain reasons behind all of his actions and insecurities that we can think of as these reasons, but this is a result that can be reached with a little guessing and thinking when the insides of some events are revealed. Things that are not clearly stated. Maybe we'll talk about it when you're done. But in the future you may be able to pity and sympathize with him.
ah finally someone is talking about action scenes :D Martial arts and fighting choreographies my favorite thing…
Absolutely. I loved the fast and sharp style of HD and Shi Ba, it would be nice to see more. ah ah There were a lot of potential fight scenes here that we hoped to see (but didn't). :') We even had conversations about this a long time ago with the regular team here. It's been a long time, but I'll just leave it here for you if you're interested :D Back then we were talking and discussing everything at length here :')
ah finally someone is talking about action scenes :D Martial arts and fighting choreographies my favorite thing…
ah definitely one of favorite scenes. As you said, it was CG's first real practice after rigorous sword training, it was also the first scene where we saw this warrior couple fighting back to back against the enemy, and I even hoped there would be more scenes like this in the future. These two had very good potential to show more like this. Also, I can't tell you how excited I am that Sun and Li Jing's go chess scenes (which seems to have been set just to a tool for the two to get to know each other and show that they have similar mindsets) are being used as the backdrop for such an impressive scene. I loved how they put their tactical conversations into action, in which they compared the go board to the battlefield, the player to a general, and the pieces to a commanded army while playing chess. I had not anticipated that Li Jing would come until he appeared. I expected AS and CG to smash that crowd together, but then the moment LJ and his army showed up, I realized what was coming and I was like 'I knew those chess scenes weren't for nothing!!' :D I was really excited and opened my eyes bigger. Throughout the scene, I was trying to untangle the links between the tactics they showed in flashbacks and the movements in practice, (thinking that I would understand what they did there after watching "Hikari no Go" while waiting for new episodes of this to air X')) and I even rewinded it a few times and re-watched. When it was over, I was complaining that they didn't show a few more moves. It's never enough. XDD
Just finished binge watching it, fabulous work done by whole drama team story and acting both were good. Action…
ah finally someone is talking about action scenes :D Martial arts and fighting choreographies my favorite thing here, so yes, I may have focused on that short sentence from what you wrote and couldn't help but respond :D There were pretty impressive moments about it here. Which one did you like the most? For me the ep 23 duel was the ultimate and most awesome thing. So much so that I've talked about that scene here until everyone gets tired of it XD I don't know if I will see realistic, smooth and fluent choreographies like the ones here again :(
So, Changge left the Ashile Eagle camp and now Ashile Sun is chasing her, fine. But does this mean he'll be back…
haha.. I can't tell you how much I laughed while reading your question. Cause I was totally you, while watching. Whenever Sun moves into the Tang, I was like... "Please go back to your grassland, its outfits and your gorgeous braided wavy hair as soon as possible" XD even situations where there was a possibility of returning to Tang style worried me :') Before the place you mention there was a part that relations with the grassland strained and the Great Khan told Sheer that the Sun was from the central plains. I was terrified there that the grassland arc completely would end and the rest would continue in Tang and Tang's hairstyle X'D (There are a few other parts that feel like this, but I can't write them because there will be spoilers about the events :)) And in the part you mentioned, when he met with Shi Ba and Mr. Qin's crew with his gorgeous braided wavy hair, I had a hope (albeit unreasonable XD) that he would stay that way, but unfortunately... You'll have to put up with that weird topknot a little. But don't worry, it won't last forever, there is still hope for the future ;) also.. I think this question is definitely not a shallow one for this drama.. it's a perfectly justified concern XDD
So they wrote "SUN" as شمس in the subtitle? (How did they write "Ashile"? أشيل or عشيل? I still have…
Haha it's really nice to see that word for AS in terms of its meaning, but also it's funny that it is actually a مؤنث word XD
Btw, so even if they were real characters, probably only their names or the outlines of their lives would be true. Honestly, I looked at Sheer and Khan and it's just that they're uncle and nephew situation and their prime position is similar. Other than that, most things seems fictional.
After having watched this drama and loved it wholeheartedly, I recommeded it to my mother and sister (veteran…
So they wrote "SUN" as شمس in the subtitle? (How did they write "Ashile"? أشيل or عشيل? I still have trouble writing correctly foreign names in Arabic XD) By the way, it was the same with me :D Where I watched, subtitles was in my own language with automatic translation from English sub and because it was written 'Sun' in English sub it always wrote it as 'Güneş' (i mean Sun) in my language :D Here too, many people were referring to its English meaning besides its original meaning of 'hawk/eagle' and make analogies. :D The sun of the grassland etc. XD It really suits him well :)) Especially for CG… he was like the hands of the sun reaching and embracing her in her dark times... He lit up her way and warmed her heart again.
" is Ashile Sun a real historical personality?" Someone had researched it and AS and CG are fictional characters as I recall. But Sheer, Great Khan, YiCheng etc. real historical characters. (but Sheer and Great Khan's names have been changed.)
After gaining an interest in Dilraba watching YAMG, I searched for other dramas with her in it. And this one was…
Yes yes!! What a great game in the first episode!! They definitely know how to hook the audience. I've never seen anything like that. A match between two warrior teams would only be something like this :D At first, the number of episodes sounds too much. But somehow this got us so hooked, everyone here was begging for more episodes in the end =P You already mentioned FL.. and also ML. We call him 'best written ML' here :) Such healthy loving, supporting and strong leading characters are not easy to find. Even if you couldn't write because you had to work, don't worry, as you can tell by the number of comments, we've been here with a regular crew for over two months writing long novels on this page about everything to love about this XD Count it as if we wrote them instead of you :))
- don't watch just for romance -- do watch for everything else
Absolutely! It was so surprising that events flowed so fast, that misunderstandings or troublesome situations were resolved before they turned into cancer and that the series got better and better as it progressed, instead of getting boring. While watching at the beginning I was wondering when we would go downhill and where it would get boring. For a while, when I watch something, I continue with excitement around the first 10 or maybe 15 episodes. Then something going on there and start a series of frustrating events and stuff. But here, around those eps, everything was just beginning, and it was really an exciting journey to the end. You embrace the characters irreversibly in the first half and it becomes a pleasure to watch them until the end. Instead of annoying side characters that you want to throw out the window, they give you a lot of valuable characters you can love or at least connect with. Even many of the ones you hated at first grow throughout the series, their characters develop, learn and teach you something. This will make you want to continue watching not only the main leads but also many other characters. Thus, this drama has been the only one I watched almost without fast-forward and completed for a long time, despite its length :) (just because that crown prince pissed me off so much, I may have fast forward his scenes a little :D)
I've been haunting B station for a while too when I got fed up with YT
Right :D I think YT is barren in terms of FMV and edits about TLB. It's hard to come across original or beautiful edits there, very few. :/ But the problem here (B) is that i don't know the language so i can't fully understand most of the fictions. I understand as much as the video/ edit helps :'D

by the way, I really noticed the similarity of Shiba and HD when you said it. But Shi Ba seems to be a little more advanced at being like a robot :D
