I re-watched the episode and it still doesn't make sense to me how Khem had Wela's phone number. Japan said Khem was acting like a child who pulls pigtails of the girl he likes (something along those lines) but nowhere do we see that Khem had gotten Wela's phone number from Wela or anyone else. If you do find timing please let me know. It's not a huge deal, but the writers could have either shown how Khem had Wela's phone number or just left that phone thing out altogether.

I know what you mean. I think just some indication like a short line about changing or a brief transition scene to show time passing would have been useful. If characters are wearing 1 set of clothes and then instantly are wearing different clothes it feels like continuity errors/choppy editing. I will agree to disagree with you. Jiang Chi purposefully withheld (omitted) key information from Gu Bu. That information was extremely important for Gu Bu's happiness/not being nervous. It might not have bothered Gu Bu enough for him to request an apology but it still didn't sit right with me. Especially because Jiang Chi had discussed the importance of communication previously. I found this article about lying by omission https://psychcentral.com/health/lying-by-omission#what-is-it Jiang Chi purposefully left out that the sister had told him the truth so that Gu Bu incorrectly believed that Jiang Chi did not know about Gu Bu's ability. The article states (and I believe) that a lie isn't defined by the level of harm it causes, a lie is simply an intentionally dishonest assertion (or omitting key information in lying by omission), no matter how minor it may seem. The article also says that, when it comes to intentionally leaving out details, there’s no clear line where a statement crosses over into the realm of lying by omission.
