If it wasn't memorable, why would you give it a 9.5? A 9.5 means really good, but not my favorite drama. Sorry, I hope you won't be offended, but I'm a little confused about your scoring here.
There's this upcoming drama based on a novel by the same author who wrote Love and Redemption. That's the one…
其中官宣筹拍的琉璃2正是由《千香引》改编。 where is the 官宣? where has it been announced. I need someone who understands Mandarin like me to give me that official annoucement!
I am really confused with all this info. Based on the epilogue we got it clearly said in the end 'to be continued'.…
Yeah, Qian Xiang Yin has a totally different storyline. I just asked the person who added this page where he/she got the information from. I saw some info about it being season 2 on Weibo, but they are just rumors made by attention hungry people.
why the rating still 9.0 ? it should be higher than 9 !! there is no single negative review in this thread, and…
well, everyone is different. I think that 9.0 is already very very good. This drama seems perfect to me and you, but some people might notices the "flaws" in it. I gave this treasure a perfect 10, but for some other dramas with fairly high ratings (7-8.5), I gave them pretty low scores because I just didn't like them. I think that this rating is understandable. On Douban, the score is 7.6, rated by over 200,000 people. It's okay, but the score is definitely not the best. BUT. it is a very popular and loved drama, so, just keep on loving the drama the way you do and don't worry about the "still 9.0" score! It was 8.9 at one time, but fortunately, it's 9.0 now!
We're having a fundraiser at school, and our principal said that there will be many celebrity cameos. I was thinking, "Invite Bingyan and Cheng Yi and I'll give you 10,000 dollars"
I envy those who speak/understand chinese! arghhh! I need to wait forever for the drama to get translated and…
Mandarin is a very hard language. I've lived in the US my whole life, but my family is from China, that's how I know it. I think that if you continue to watch c-dramas, you will be able to understand some words. I'm not saying a lot, but some. Like, 司凤, for example. When you hear Sifeng for about a million times, you're going to learn his name. I take Spanish, and my teacher literally uses Spanish the whole time. There's no English, and I can only understand her 75% of the time. But I think that this way of teaching is very affective because I have actually learned a lot of new Spanish vocab from her just saying stuff. Learning a language is super hard if you are not "surrounded" by the language, or in another way of speaking, the people around you all don't speak the language, so you can't use it.
where is the 官宣? where has it been announced. I need someone who understands Mandarin like me to give me that official annoucement!

And, is NO one fluent in Mandarin?
