don't trust the preview, events are always out of order to create a narrative. Here they definitely want to make it look like they are relatives cue hopelessness for the leads. I mean sure there is a slight dreadful possibility they indeed are that in order to redeem trashheap with kumbaying all his abuse/harassment away, and this is gonna be the point where i drop my ratings to 1 and warn everyone away from watching it tbh. In that shitty event then they *have* to get out the drunk leads wrong hotel room plot twist and make TK haneul's bio dad. Otherwise there will never be a moment of peace for them anymore. This bastard won't change ever, it will make everything just thousandfold worse with his narcissism going into overdrive.

Eka running the biggest scam with fuckface coasting in it is much more likely tho. I do think ttalgi is dead too, but my money is on Hee now being the real daughter of her who got adopted by her current mom at a young age. Her mom being ttalgi would also really not be outlandish given they pulled a scamming "nun" and a "i can do whatever i want" permit out of their inane asses, lol. No difference here.

Woo Hee as real 🍓's daughter would work best for everyone tbh. Very friendly to leads so that would be best case scenario for them,since YD would have her friend and Haneul a new old auntie back. Plus she can redeem herself with Soojung and her hubs and work things out with Daesung maybe then. Her son's hospital bills would be taken care of too and he is a cute kid in general who's already loved by Soojung. (could serve as a bridge for them to work out their issues too) Plus she an established character with no other fam and her story is otherwise finished so what better way to utilize her than this?

And given the name of strawberry is really what they said when introducing scampenguin as ttalgi's daughter, Hee is bearing the name of her birthmother. (she could have been adopted by her current mom at a young age)

yep been saying that since eps 19 where she raged in her car about being owned by YD. Manic bullshit fairy is this close to snap and try to murderstab YD.

However for me , especially as a woman, it is the garbage dweller that gives me more the creeps for too many reasons to count. My imaginary money is now on Hee being the real daughter of ttalgi since it would make a lot of sense actually. We would get a mini redemption arc, a cute great-grandkid for halmeoni to dote on and that also solves the hospital bills, and DS would have a chance to work things out with hee and get his own HEA. Unfortunately however, the writer does hate logical things so i am skeptical if we see it happen, sigh.

If you look at the stalking creep and look up/read about narcissism, his character and actions suddenly make a lot more sense in the bounds of that. Since the sick bastard is a narcissist through and through .

i agree, but they have been dating for almost a year only which is really almost a year too much given this garbage pile of a man. I also think they got adopted into the same fam together with no blood relation. But yeah everything about her screams scammer. She rings all my alarm bells.

I am still holding out hope for Hee being the real ttalgi daughter as hee could have been adopted too by her mother when she was very young. And having her son as grand grandkid would be adorable too, he would be well cared for regarding the hospital bills.
