Yeah, there's a slight OTT comedy in this drama (though it's not too much 'coz I usually can't handle maximum level of OTT comedy). That prison scene was really a tender and beautiful scene, esp. since they were separated by the bars. I felt like everything stood still at that moment and I could really enjoy the details of their interaction, from their facial expressions, also her resistance until the part when she actually relented and held his hand.

I seriously melted at that powerful scene. I mean, in that awful situation with the boss yelling at her to leave (and also reminding her NOT to take anything that didn't belong to her personally UGHHHHH!!!), it was a humiliating scene with everybody else watching (and the others weren't allowed to help by the annoying boss, either).....and then ML came in like a fresh breath of air, giving mental and physical support, too.

Ditto. I feel the same way. The sisterhood and ML are both so wholesome. And the friendship aspect, too. The side characters (esp. the friends/sidekicks) don't feel like they're just added there for no reason. They feel important and I really welcome them when they come back on screen (plus the chemistry between them and the main leads make them feel like they do belong there). Sometimes in some other dramas, I dislike some side characters as they seem to be added there only to help the plot move along.
