Good review^^ Totally agree that near the ending things didn't make sense. I still don't get that part in the last ep when Ji Wool, Maria and Tae Oh were in the woods together and why none of the police even thought about going there until Moo Yeom arrived... And although like you said I also appreciated Ji Wool wanting to believe in Tae Oh there is a line to draw when it comes to serial killers and especially putting your life on the line just to see if psychopaths really can't be changed, because that's really not worth dying for >.<
Anyways I agree that it was a good watch despite the flaws, it was interesting to see a drama that didn't focus so much on who committed the crime but on how to figure the criminal out^^
Very excited for this! Some of his movies belong to my favourites, so I'm curious to see what his next one will be like. The novel it's based on sounds pretty interesting, maybe I'll read it in the meantime to shorten the wait^^
I was planning to watch more movies this summer, so thanks for the list^^ I've already seen 71 - Into The Fire and I'd recommend it too!
May 18 sounds intriguing, because I've seen the drama Sandglass which also depicted the Gwangju massacre and it was really heartbreaking to see. I already had it on my ptw list, but I'll try to watch it sooner than later now^^
I haven't watched as many Korean movies as I want to, so I've only seen him in The Berlin File so far. He was really good in that one, so I'll definitely watch some more in the future ;) Thanks for the article Cheer, it's a very good introduction to him^^
Ah I keep hearing so many things about Que Sera Sera, that I'm really curious to see it for myself.
Thanks for the article, interesting to read since I haven't seen any of his dramas yet. And funny that so many of his characters have Kang in their name, first time I'm seeing something like that^^
I found a thread on Darksmurfsubs; so far they started subbing it but I think it'll take a while until the subtitles…
Yeah, I thought that they would probably still be edited, but since only the subs for the first 8 eps are uploaded, I guess not. Too bad, I really wanted to watch this :(
Thanks for the article, it was interesting to read since I've only seen him in Empress Ki. I already had Warrior Baek Dong Soo and Sons of Sol Pharmacy on my ptw list, maybe I'll start one of these two next^^
Great article, I'd start watching if I wasn't already^^ I actually found myself caring about some of the characters (and being intrigued with others) pretty much from the first week on, but maybe that's just my recent preference for dramas with lots of painful events >.<
And I really want to commend Jung Bo Suk's acting, I rarely hate drama characters that much! Some scenes really had me wanting to jump in my TV screen to stop him from doing what he did >.<
Thanks again for the new features! The feeds are so helpful to keep up with what your friends are doing/watching and since the new version was launched, they're a lot more practial to use. Also loving the list feature, I'll surely use it a lot in the future!
Just finished watching, and while it didn't live up to my expectations, I still enjoyed watching it a lot. Son Hyun Joo was great as usual, Yoo Chun improved imo and his fighting scenes were awesome despite his injury. Also really liked Bo Won, it's too bad she didn't get to do much in the final eps :(
