Yes! That's exactly how I felt. :) I don't find him handsome neither. He even rejected his co-worker who is every bit as good as the FL. His neighbour is too entitled so there is no great lost there. Can you imagine him live the rest of his life like that? So self destructive. Let it go, dude. :(

Sorry for the late reply. I was asleep. ;) Ok, I'm no expert in Sageuk dramas. You can go high fantasy with gods and time travel to very historical "accurate" ones. Then you have farcical shows vs really angsty ones. I usually stay away from the super angsty ones. ;) A few suggestions then; Mr Queen, Bossam - Steal Your Fate, Bon Appetit Your Majesty and Splash Splash Love. There are many more but I don't want to open an Pandora's Box without knowing your tastes.

I think it cuts both ways. He is trying to protect the FL by breaking up the 2CP as you said, but so to remove himself from the equation. As a married man, he can't have naughty thoughts about the FL. ;) It is hardly win-win for all concerned. :p

I'm not sure what you mean by that but she has inferiority complex for much of the show and she is designed to be more a homely type than a beauty like her sister. Their romance is sweet and heartfelt rather than red hot. ;)
