I absolutely loved "Part 1" of the drama. "Part 2" was a bit less enjoyable imo, but the last 2 episodes made up for it.
As with every drama, no matter how good it is, it's not for everyone. One of the biggest draws of this drama is the chemistry between the 2 leads. If you don't feel it, then you probably won't like it.

Agreed, I think ZZW did a great job playing as GJH. I've seen some people say he was "overreacting", which I don't think I agree with. He's just a bit more expressive which I actually liked. And he's really handsome :D

I think the FL's mom's behavior is expected. LX only ever let her see his "bad side" lol. Asian parents can definitely be overprotective of their children, especially if it's regarding their future & career prospects.

SML likes FL, but only as a friend.

I think it has to do with the timing.
She found out (from FZJ) about GJH's sickness shortly after GJH started acting like a douche to her, so maybe she was able to guess based on that?
But again, this might all just be a reach and maybe GJH really was just a piece of shit.

I don't know if this is a reach, but what if he did it to purposely drive away XLN, similar to how LX drove away ZY? Because he was planning on not doing surgery for his brain and die fighting LX til the end. Shortly after his conflict with XLN, he went to see the doctor, which suggests he had been feeling unwell recently and knew he won't survive for long (which drove him to cut ties with XLN)

I don't understand the obsession over "making it official". Were their moments together before Episode 18 not great?

There is NO WAY to hold FZJ accountable no matter how many police and detectives LX hires. What happened was FZJ met LX's sister and, by her own request, drove her to a cheaper hotel. Then she got hit by a truck. Did FZJ hire the truck driver to kill her? No. Then how is LX going to send him to prison? You have to realize that as long as the truck driver is 100% unrelated to FZJ, there is no way the law can punish him.

And no, I'm not saying we "should" handle it the same way. But many of us "will" handle it the same way because we're humans and act based on our emotions. What LX did was 100% what a human would do. If he did nothing, he would be an emotionless robot. If he sent FZJ to prison, that would mean he's a 300IQ mastermind who knows how to forge fake evidence to cheat the legal system because like I said, based on what FZJ had done, there is no reason for the legal system to punish him.

I mean, he's a coding genius, but that doesn't mean he's also a 200IQ scheming mastermind capable of devising a plan to somehow trick FZJ into breaking the law himself and sending him to prison with 100% certainty of success. That's just not realistic.
There was a theory floating around here that LX wanted to go to prison as punishment for not being able to protect his sister (and mom), and I think that makes sense.

Her parents don't know who LX is and what he went through. In their perspective, he is just someone who tried to cheat in high school and their daughter is recklessly throwing away her future for him, even after he -blinded- FJZ's eye and ended up in prison. Her parents are not wrong here and 90% of Asian parents would be like them (or worse).

What do you mean by "taking the legal system"? It was made clear that FZJ, by law, had -nothing- to do with the death of LX's sister. The legal system was not going to hold him accountable because he was technically at 0 fault. That's why LX felt like he had no other choice.

I think it's definitely possible that his jealousy was "part of" the reason he lashed out at the FL, but it's almost certainly not 100% because of his jealousy.
I think it's more so because he wanted to push her away (for her own good). His jealousy (possibly) was what gave him the final push to try and end the relationship. Could also be possible it wasn't even jealousy, but because he sees that the other guy treats the ZY well which convinced him that ZY has someone to take care of her.

Because she's well aware of what the ML's trying to do. He did it once during episodes 21-22 and she believed it that time. She's not believing it this time because she understands him better. Even if the words hurt her, she's not going to hold it against the ML because 1. she knows he doesn't mean it and is only trying to push her away and 2. she knows how much shit LX has been through and she isn't going to act petty over some words. She's emotionally powerful. Not what I would consider a doormat.

you're skipping a lot of important things... I don't think you'll enjoy it very much if you only watch from the present.
