My suspicion is basically confirmed, Gao is a scumbag and plotted everything. FZJ is an asshole, but on a douchebag scale from 1-10, FZJ is only a 6 if Gao is 10.
I have a theory that LX already knows by Ep 22 it was Gao who revealed his sister to FZJ (by tracking who FZJ talked to before the "incident" occurred through security cameras like in the restaurant). How else would LX know Gao was the betrayer (episode 1)? FZJ was sent straight to the hospital, and LX was sent straight to prison, so there was no time for FZJ to tell LX it was his "good buddy" that told him. Theory #2 is FZJ told LX about Gao previously and it was not shown to us.
And the reason LX gave Gao the company is so that he can knock Gao from the top to all the way back down. "The bigger they are the harder they fall". Because if I remember correctly, LX still is a shareholder of L&P, so he still has some power in the company that he can exploit to take revenge on Gao.
no he didn't, he is just ego hurt child and he said to piss off and FZJ did the rest with his pathetic little…
I actually hope so as well, but I don't think LX would call him a "betrayer" and make him "pay the price" just for ruining his company for $$. Unless LX is referring to someone else as the "betrayer", but LX and YZ are the only ones he cares enough to feel betrayed by. We'll see.

That's my point! He doesn't see Li Xun as a brother, but he still called Li Xun his brother when talking to FZJ. If he didn't mean what he said, then openly shouting out "Li Xun is my brother" is just a facade to mask his intention of hurting LX. Also, look at his attitude at episode 1. That is not how you treat a friend who you scarred for life.
At best, he's indifferent to causing what happened. At worst, it was his intention all along. Both make him evil.

nah, I think he did. Read my comment above
But let's give him the benefit of the doubt. It was just a major slip up. Then why did he not show guilt after "it" happened? Why was he so quick to shift all the blame to FZJ? Surely if he really sees Li Xun as a "brother", he would either 1. confess he was partly responsible or at least 2. feel forever guilty and indebted to Li Xun. But neither is true. So obviously, calling Li Xun his "brother" in his conversation with FZJ is bullshit and we can assume revealing LX's sister was also intentional.
I just finished ep 21. So did GJH intentionally tell FZJ about Li Xun's sister? or am I reading into too much?
It would take an idiot to expose a friend's weak, sick sister to a scheming douchebag who wants to do everything to cause misery to the friend. An idiot can't place #6 on the entrance examination to one of the most prestigious colleges, so I'd say you're not reading into too much.
Actually, this was based on a novel, which shows they get married and have kids. The reason the drama doesn't…
The reveal of Jie Li's family is basically filler though lol. Maybe it was in the novel, Idk myself, but no one would've complained if they left that part out and given the ML and FL's reunion a bit more time (and give more time for some rushed scenes). This was one of the most unsatisfying happy endings imo.
Episode 21 spoiler below, don't click if not caught up
I am almost certain Gao Jian Hong knew exactly what he was doing when he told FZJ about Li Xun's sick sister. I don't think it was an accident. He's not stupid. And after Li Xun's sister died, he immediately tries to shift the full blame to FZJ even though he is well aware he is also responsible. I don't care how insecure he feels because of LX, harming his sister when he already treats you as a friend makes GJH pure evil.
The 2FL is far from pushy and is rarely involved. She hasn't even done anything to hurt the FL and ML's relationship. And…
Basically, the FL and "2FL"(not really 2FL, not important enough to the story so far to be called as such) both really hate a guy. So the ML absolutely destroys and embarrasses that guy for the FL, and the "2FL" thinks the ML did it for her. So afterwards, the 2FL went up to the ML and kisses him on the cheek. The scene was absolutely hilarious because of the sound effects and the ML's facial expression. And instead of pushing the FL away from the ML, the 2FL's kiss actually motivated the FL to chase after the ML and enter the next stage of their relationship, so we should actually be thankful for the 2FL. + she's actually quite adorable imo, but the ML only cares about the FL.

I think people were overreacting about the "2FL". I'll give a brief summary of what happened in a spoiler if you're interested. No major spoiler, just clearing things up.

Just my theories, please no novel spoilers :P
please no spoilers in reply
We'll see.

I should've taken a break at Ep 19 until more episodes air. Watching until Ep 21 was already a huge mistake.
trolling on a drama discussion forum is clown behavior. there are a lot of things more worth spending your time on
"Falling You" also sounds quite similar to Goblin's "Stay With Me"

Yang Zi and Cheng Yi are very popular too.
I don't think it's possible to compare 2 dramas from 2 different platforms though (Youku vs Tencent)
