I'm on episode 6 and absolutely loving it! I love how Yiyong and Guang Yan following the father and child all day basically made them look like they had one long elaborate date, playing at the arcade, sharing ice cream, going to an amusement park and everything lol
He wrote that he wants to be a comics artist, something like that.
that's what I hate the most when I don't know the language of a show, if they leave things out in the subtitles you're so lost and have to hope that they'll talk about it or that you can guess what it says from the context 😪 a lot of shows forget to sub things that are written down
I haven't started this show yet, can someone tell me if the YouTube version is different from the iQiyi version? I know sometimes with BL shows the streaming website version is spicier, like with KinnPorsche, but sometimes there is no difference
Well, looks like I might need to re-start my Viki subscription again! This is the first K-BL I'm excited for since Semantic Error, it looks really good judging from the trailer!
If they already kissed in episode 2 what is gonna happen in the rest of the episodes? I'm slightly worried about this, though I've enjoyed the first two episodes
I started watching this on a complete impulse, it was the first show that popped up when I opened Netflix tonight and this isn't normally the type of content I watch (literally 99% of the shows I watch are BL dramas lol and I never ever watch sporty stuff) but I don't regret it! It's really fun so far, very exciting to watch. Proud of the girl that hung onto that grid and got 3rd place!
This one is so underrated! I almost watched it all in one go, it was very cute and I hope they'll make a second season because there's still a lot to explore (for example, I can't believe Ye Guang's parents would see reason THAT quickly and easily!) but I'm not sure if they'll make a second season because there's little hype around this series
Without spoiling anything...does the ending mean we won't see that sexual proclivity of Vegas and Pete in the…
I don't think that's gonna happen, well, I hope not. They can be loving partners and still be hella freaky in bed, ya know? That's what I think is gonna happen. It's more healthy that way anyway, I feel like after everything that Vegas did to Pete for the everyday relationship it's better for them to not have a pet-master relationship, but they can keep being pet-master during roleplay. Love and respect in normal life but humiliation kink in bed.
I agree. Erika was the GOAT, for sure. But she just appeared out of nowhere. Where was she all those other times,…
yeah I agree, the toy cars kinda took me out of the scene. They were a bit silly, really. But it feels kind of on the borderline where I can't 100% tell if the scene was meant to be taken seriously or not, I feel like they tried to add the cars and Erika's 5 seconds of fame for comedy. Bit of a weird choice to add comedy in that scene though. I think if it were me I'd have just left it as a normal fight scene with some grenades or molotov cocktails or something.
(and I'm not saying this just to be nasty, I still gave the series a 10/10 rating, but I feel like this is valid criticism)
That was a great episode. So sad the series ended but am I the only wondering what Vegas’ dad was going to say…
Definitely suspicious! I feel that when Korn said "History is written by the victor" it means that he's still lying about the whole Namphueng situation, and that because he killed his brother he's won and his version of history gets accepted while other people who could tell a different story, like his brother, have been eliminated and can no longer say anything about what is REALLY going on. The whole "she's forgotten her memory and that's why I've secluded her" is hella suspicious. Like, my theory is that maybe the woman is not actually Namphueng but someone who looks like her and whom he uses to manipulate a conflict that eliminates the minor family. Or maybe the woman is indeed Namphueng but she is herself lying about who she is and why she stayed away from Porsche and Chay
something that was odd about this episode is how suddenly this Erika woman was an important fighter, so out of the blue! I laughed several times during the fight scenes because of her and because of the little toy cars. I wonder if that was intentionally funny? Like, instead of giving us a stereotypical fight scene they put in these random bits that make it kinda funny?
