Title The Atypical Family Spoiler
I think that just as the spiderman quote, the powers are to be used for others instead of personal gain which the Bok family is obviously not applying. The mother making use of dreams to accumulate wealth. ML, avoiding an unfavorable time to relieve a good time. He did this when he was disciplined by her mom, and he declared it during Ina's birth that he'll return when ina is in her rebellious stage. Sister is taking advantage of her powers to be the most graceful among her peer models and in expressing ecstasy so much that she could fly.

They are not utilizing nor thinking how these powers can help others.

FL is good with words, she is the main character as Grace says. She makes sure that the people around her is comfortable and let their guard down easily. And she uses this natural talent to deceive and scam others.

So the atypical family describes the Bok family because of their powers, but also fit perfectly with the descriptiom of the FL's family dynamic.

Do Da Hee is equally paying good for every bad deed she is doing to the Bok family. She drugs the mom, but she is dreaming again. She doesn't bat an eye in using ina to earn brownie points from Gwi Ju. But the dad and daughter are slowly opening up and moving on together. Grace is deliberately getting in Dong Hee's nerves but this might benefit her of finally realizing that the boyfriend is good for nothing. Uncle acting as a stalker to get dirt from the family, but also might be an actual guardian angel who watches over them (i might be crossing the line here already. Hahahah).
And that is why I cannot just dismiss the FL to be good or bad, but also cannot excuse her for anything. Let's just see how the writers will play this out. :)

what else would you have done if you were her?
i'm rooting for him to go and get his shoulder fix, preferably before the date of whenever the kidnapping is supposed to happen. maybe if they were talking he would've spoke to her about it and she could've convinced him. this is just a trope i see overplayed in dramas. hurting the other person because they feel it will save them and then the situation still plays out and there's even more guilt so yea. anyway, i've said i still am enjoying the drama, i don't have to agree with everything going on.

This is drama has one of the cutest Father- Son dynamic, his father wants best for him, meanwhile still didn't try to force anything on him, ALSO the airport scene, aigoo my heart🥹❤️

I still am enjoying this show on the whole but this last episode (and this whole week really) felt so derivative of the last episodes in the past. It was sooo irritating to have her tell him AGAIN that she never liked him and keep pushing him away AGAIN and have him jealous and confused about her and tae sung AGAIN. They just recycled the same exact storylines as if none of the future stuff had happened. Every time she sat there shaking or crying saying absolutely nothing or running away I wanted to scream at her. This was noble idiocy on an astronomical level. I honestly love the actress and character most of the time but she's sooooo illogical when it comes to this, she's so stubbornly convinced that the only way to save him is to force him out of this one situation by any means necessary without telling him anything about it and without any thought for how this might affect the future in other ways, or might affect her in other ways. She is so unrealistically focused on this one specific thing, it's just so exhausting to even watch her at this point. I swear this writer only knows how to write completely clueless FLs.

This is the first time I just wanted the ep to be over so we could get past all this nonesense. I hope now that we have she can stop acting like she's actually 14 or whatever.

Sol use of the "noble idiocy" cliche till the end of episode 10 was not the way to go. This is my most hated troupe…
I don't like noble idiocy tropes either...but I will say I do think it passes in this case.
She has tried before to tell him straight what is going on, but the rules of the universe will not let her tell him the future.
She has tried actively to protect him before and interfer with his life....but he was still attacked.
Since she knows the taxi killer went after SJ because he helped put him in jail, she is trying to keep them apart and never meet because of her cause she can't tell him not to save her. He is going to anyways.

fr i m tired of these altruistic love lines. i need a drama with the most selfish untamable love
lol u misread my whole comment . my point was Sol always pushin Sunjae away to save him was her bein altruistic , she s sacrificing her love for him to keep him alive . So instead of such a lame conduct, i would rather see a love story when none of the two lovers sacrifices their love, and just selfishly pursue each other without giving a damn about the consequences.

I'm more forgiving. I feel she has suffered enough and she gets to move on. I guess the drama put things in context why she was tempted to cheat, because her husband was practically never around. It also makes me wonder if it was an emotional affair because the vibe I'm getting from them is that they didn't take things to the next level.

Instead of constantly pasting a smile on her face, she should have manned up and asked for a divorce. Maybe she was afraid of destabilizing him and leading to his death, which happened anyway, as he was rushing home to his wife and became overconfident then got stabbed.

This drama has many themes about the dangers of being a workaholic and ignoring your home life, health and family in favor of your job. The two ghosts that assisted the ML both suffered from overwork - one died because of it, and one lost his marriage because of it - so I'm thinking that overworking is a real thing in Korea that this drama is trying to address.

HCS is not minion. He is just waiting for the right moment to betray him. But I dont like him cause he switches…
True,Writer pitched too many ideas on his character. Since only 4 episodes are left,it’s time for K to shine. We may not know anything more about him.

HCS is not minion. He is just waiting for the right moment to betray him. But I dont like him cause he switches team too often,he doesn’t have any agenda to use his 100 percent brain against all of them either.Seems like he exists to create problem for all of them.😑Its high time writer should kill him off.

she is not invisible... the guy from school noticed her in the class, teachers notice her..when teacher said invisible…
i think the power isn’t invisibility, rather making the person make an action through her eyes. So that made the car crash in the past and she still feels guilty about it thinking she shouldn’t have been born. Also the spoilers from de next episode de FL was running and she said something in the lines of “she told me to run”

Since the writer is so obviously trying to give every villain except for K and Hwang Chan Seong a redemption arc, I'm gonna try getting on board with it, but that's gonna be difficult and especially for Mo Ne. Contrary to Geum Ra Hee's redemption, I think that Go Myeong Ji's redemption was done pretty nicely. I wasn't expecting her to be the first to die after Geum Ra Hee, but looking back at the last few episodes, I should have. It finally seemed like Kang Ki Tak and Min Do Hyuk did something this episode and even though Cha Joo Ran and Nam Chul Woo are bad people I can't help but enjoy their chemistry.

giving someone a chance doesn't mean letting them off the hook. it means being open to the possibility of rehabilitation…
it's the sudden shift in tone and direction between the 1st and 2nd seasons that had us feeling skeptical about the authenticity of the so-called "redemption arc"

the writer eliciting sympathy for horrible characters through rushed, superficial character development and "romance" is an attempt at emotional manipulation—a "pity party," if you will
