I seriously can't with those stupid people who keep saying that the main lead doesn't deserve the female lead…
For those who are saying TY doesn't deserve YH, did they even watch the drama.....his initial actions were the result of the bitter betrayal that he received from someone he loved with his whole heart......but once TY fell for YH, he basically gave her everything he has- his wealth, his neidan, his HPS and even exchanged his life for her, he was also ready to let YH be with someone else if it means she can be happy...duh although he never said it directly, but if this is not love idk what is.
I thought Neo looked so good in BFTB. But damn he looks otherworldly in the reuters of his upcoming xianxia drama that he is currently filming. Hope he gets to do more costume drama in the future.
I continue to rewatch ep 27 when YH fully accepts TY’s love. I loved how she confessed her feelings “in her…
I feel that one of the changes that I may not have liked that much in the drama was when TY stabbed YH for the third time to save his clan member. I totally understand his reasons and do not blame him for doing that. But I still feel that he could have explained a little before doing that since trust and communication were some things that had been consistent in their relationship right from the very beginning. Although I am not complaining since we got to see his character development and him being the one to chase after her. :)
Another new account popped up to review Hidden Love today , I feel this drama is getting targeted a lot 👀https://kisskh.at/profile/BritneySpears/review/285239
Who is this person??!! Did they even watch the drama before commenting? There's nothing wrong with sharing your thoughts and views but this sounds so absurd and illogical
They finished airing Back from the brink on the youtube channel of youku today. I went through the ending and was happy to see that they gave the proper English subtitles for the "peel off my scales for the man you love" part.
Just finished for the nth time🤣🤣🤣 i havent properly moved on... started Destined for 5 episodes n put…
Same here....I started Snow lord eagle and hidden love but dropped SEL after 3-4 episodes and again started rewatching BFTB lol.....hope we can get to see HMH and ZY again in a project together...
Same.....it's been more than 2 weeks since the drama ended but I still can't get over them. I just hope we can get to see HMH and ZY together in a modern romance drama :(
I know some of you finds him annoying in the middle of the drama because of him pursuing the FL and obstructing…
Yup though it was a bit annoying to see him trying to obstruct the CP in a few episodes but I still don't hate him. Even after he realized his feelings for YH, he was still helping YH confess her feelings to TY in episode 15. It was only after TY stabbed her, he thought that TY was gambling with YH's life without having a backup plan and that's when he thought TY didn't deserve her and started obstructing them. But once he got to know about the life-swapping spell he stopped doing that and gave them his blessings.
Yup i so desperately wish for them to work in a modern drama together....I heard that HMH and ZY have a lot of CP stans....but ig even if that happens we have to wait for a while since HMH is currently filming a costume drama
is it true that xian ge was also a fox/biological child of the qingqiu royal family in the novel?or in other words…
Yup in the novel xian ge was a nine tailed fox and the biological child of the royal family (Zhuli's sister by blood and Yun xi's niece). In the novel, she went undercover to save Yun Xi and inform about her whereabouts but since she fell in love with Qian Shuo she delayed sending the information about her death to qingqiu just to spend more time with him and was thus regarded as a traitor afterward,
true I am watching SEL but I can't find the eagerness I felt when watching BFTB. Will try to watch it more and…
Same....I was kind of forcing myself to watch the first episode of snow lord eagle in the hopes that I'm gonna like it after a few episodes.....unlike BFTB where I got hooked from the very first episode....
It's been 2 weeks since it ended but I have not able to watch another drama.
Same here. BFTB got me so hooked that I am facing severe withdrawal syndrome till now and it's been like 11 days since it ended. I think the last time I got so hooked up with a cdrama was Falling into your smile. I wish any of the upcoming dramas like Snow lord eagle or hidden love can help me get over this :(
Watching the drama again and the part when they were trapped inside the compass, when YH told TY "Your HPS, I…
Neo really nailed it. TY is a character who doesn't speak his mind a lot. So the only way to convey his feelings was through his expressions. He did a great job of making everyone understand how TY was feeling without uttering a single word and just by his facial expressions
Back From The Brink is definitely setting a new trend. Especially with the timeline thing. This drama didn’t…
Yes, so true. This drama is a break from all the stereotypes of a typical xianxia drama. No timeline of 10000 years, no heavenly realms and unnecessary politics, fewer misunderstandings, and no spitting blood after getting punched twice lol.
From YH perspective I understand why she felt that way, because she didn't realize the whole truthShe will find…
So trueeee....honestly for me whenever I think from both their perspectives it's hard to blame either of them....TY is just someone who doesn't speak a lot or feels the need to explain himself to anyone.....he just endures everything by himself....he was already punishing himself for not being able to save his clan's members back then, so the next time SY captured them, he didn't think of anything else other than saving them....and because he had already ensured YH isn't going to die so he stabbed her (as he had already done before)....what he didn't expect was the fact that the lack of explanation is so deeply going to traumatize her. From YH's perspective, even though she understood his past and trauma but she is not responsible for any of that....she just loved him and hoped to heal his wounds from the past....she didn't have any hard feelings toward him even after getting rejected.....but all of a sudden she gets stabbed by the person she loved and that too without any warning or explanation and thinks she is about to die. The first time he stabbed her was when they were almost strangers without any attachment but this time they had come a long way together and shared a mutual bond of trust and understanding. So it's very natural for her to be scared of him. And because it was concerning her life, so she was too scared to face him let alone give a chance to sit and explain......After getting to know the truth she said she understands but find it hard to face him....TY also never explained the crucial part to her that he didn't gamble with her life (which is what she exactly needed and wanted to hear) instead kept on saying only sorry which made him look even guiltier.
yes so after this arc we see that he learns to communicate and explained himself when Bai Xiao Sheng faked being hurt and made blamed it on TY
Every time I rewatch episode 37, I get mixed feelings....sometimes I feel bad for Suying, sometimes I feel that it was satisfying and she got what she deserved, and sometimes I feel it would have been better if there was a proper fight scene between our CP and Suying instead of all the Lumusheng drama.....and I get it when some people say that Suying felt more of a villain than Fuyin ever did even though he is the main cause of everything. Firstly, because our first impression of him is YH slapping him continuously lol. Secondly, Fuyin fed on all the evil energy in the world, and because Suying was obsessive and selfish, Fuyin took advantage of that. But in the end, it was still her own choices and actions. If Suying was a good person, she would have never done those evil deeds no matter how much she got manipulated by him. Even Lingxiao fell into Fuyin's trap but since he was a good person by heart, he owned up to his mistakes and made as many amends as possible instead of letting the guilt and regret consume him.
