I saw a clip on YouTube where Chang Heng from LBFAD made a cameo in the demon arc. I am kind of sad that the scene didn't make it to the final cut. The scene was really cute where CK was trying to eat XY's candy and then got jealous when she stared at Chang Heng retreating back for a long time.

CK was still outnumbered and at a great disadvantage there. So even if they fought it wouldn't have been in his favor. Not to mention that his primordial spirit is still damaged. Ig we will get to see more of the fight scenes in the next two episodes when he will be finally back as the god of war. Actually, it can be even better since CH will join the fight too after getting her powers back.
Damn, I have a lot of hope for the finale tomorrow.

No, I don't think CH will die this time. This time it's most probably gonna be CK who will sacrifice himself to save the world. I saw a clip of CK dying in XY's arms. Ig, The clip where CK is holding a red umbrella and wiping XY's tears is the one where they reunite again for their final tribulation.

This time, CK is the one who is going to sacrifice himself, I saw a clip where CK died in XY's arms where they were wearing the same outfit and in the same setup as they were in the preview. Most probably they will again go back to the mortal world for their last tribulation. The scene where CK was holding a red umbrella

True, he created a lot of trouble during the master-disciple tribulation also. He was annoying there mainly because he didn't want XY to sacrifice her primordial spirit for CK. But still, it was not as evil as compared to the previous one where he was responsible for the death of both the parents of CK and XY. He schemed so much and killed so many people just because of his crazy obsession to defeat CK. Also, he was fine during the 30k years ago tribulation too, he tried to compete with CK but in the end knew he was no match for him.

And yes, hoping for increase in the number of watchers and comments too.

I liked Xiu Ming in this arc. Good to know that he noticed the detail that CK was clutching a torn piece of CH's wedding dress and understood that something was wrong instead of just assuming CK killed her. He was almost risking his own life by stalking the evil brother to help CK and CH. Ig this kind of makes up for all the mess he made during the Lu Changkong-Song Xiangyun tribulation.

Not sure about them but if there is a time loop then they will also fall into the same. Ig the cycle will break and the future events will start unfolding now that both of them have their memory back

So after CH falls from the cliff and CK asks his brother why he did that, you can see his evil brother erased his memories. So CK forgets CH and continues to live as the god of war until he meets CH again as XY 30k years later. Then they go into tribulations and then go back to 30k years earlier to relive that life as one of the tribulation. But since we know in that life, CK forgets CH and doesn't die, he doesn't get out of that tribulation and again continues to live for another 30k years and then goes for the same tribulation. This is how they might have fallen into a loop again and again. And during this time because he has the tianji compass with him, he can finally get out of the tribulation with his memories intact and thus the cycle will break

Yes. I also saw that clip. But weren't CK and XY wearing their heavenly outfits in that scene? Doesn't that mean that this is gonna happen when they go back to the heavenly realm after this :(

Yes, and I fear the same as you, about the price CK is going to pay for the demon king's powers. Also, I saw a clip of CK dying in XY's arms and her forehead mark is glowing. So it looks like CK is going to sacrifice his life once again :(

Ikr!!!! After everything they have been through they definitely deserve a happy ending.

So, I saw on Twitter that someone posted a video which is a compilation of the clips from the upcoming episodes that are there in the MVs and trailers. So most probably, during their sixth tribulation (the demon king and tiger spirit), XY will finally gain her powers back (as someone said that CH will be resurrected by the demon clan). They will return to heaven and will battle against CK's evil brother. But CK will die protecting CH/XY. And then they will finally reunite as mortals in their seventh tribulation. I hope everyone including XM can get the happy ending they deserve after everything they have been through. Also, I find it so cool when the ML and FL both team up and fight against the evil. Hoping to see more of those scenes.

I hope that the truth of CK saving Jin Lian and his sister gets revealed to him quickly. I really wish I could see them all joining hands together against Hao Xuan who is the root cause of everything and their common enemy.

I was rereading the novel when I once again realized why I liked the drama adaptation more. I mean I definitely loved the novel and there are some parts that I would have loved to see getting included into the drama but I'm glad that there are certain parts that were different like:
1. YH's romantic feelings for LX. I can't just think of them having anything else other than father-daughter-like relationship. Although it was fun to see TY getting jealous of LX because YH liked him but we still got to see the jealous side of TY in the baby dragon arc without YH and LX having any romantic feelings for each other.
2. In the novel, Zichen died instead of TY when Ling Fei activated that spell. Also, it was LX who gave YH, TY's neidan and HPS in her body after TY sent it flying, which eventually saved her life. This kind of made TY guilty and he felt his love for YH is inferior as compared to them. I was actually glad that they didn't include this in the drama.
3. Also I noticed how most of the side couples except for Pu Fang and Chen Yi got their happy ending even if it was not happy for them in the novel. It's quite refreshing to see this since nowadays most xianxia dramas are following the trend of giving a sad/open ending even when the novel has a happy one.

I decided to write this because while reading the novel I suddenly remembered that a lot of people were complaining about how the drama adaptation was so different from the novel and they didn't want the changes. But personally I liked the drama adaptation more than the novel.

Also, I came back here after a while and I noticed there are 30k comments and the number of watchers is close to 13k. Felt so happy about this.

What's with most of the xianxia dramas having an open ending nowadays? I mean even though the novel they are adapted from has a happy ending they change it into an open one. Happened in TTEOTM and I was so disappointed. I was planning on watching TLP once it finished airing but now I heard they did the same there too. Thankfully BFTB gave us a happy ending

Yessssss. Well said. I also read quite a few comments where people were spreading false information rather than giving their own opinions. We all have different tastes and preferences, we may not like a drama but that doesn't mean writing stuff that doesn't make sense at all.
I really love the romance genre and would like to see skinship between the leads. But while watching this drama I felt the chemistry between them so strongly that it really didn't matter to me whether they have a lot of romantic scenes or not. The bonding between them, created by unconditional love, trust, understanding, and the willingness to sacrifice everything to save the other was what made it so special.

Ikr...they just started filming in mid-May and there are almost 300 photos in the gallery section of the drama in mdl. Most of them are Neo's fan cam from different angles.
