Title The Legend of Shen Li Spoiler
But it’s a HE…that’s hopefully what we will get here too.
Yaa I also hope for the same. Since I saw a brief scene in a trailer where Shen Li was seen hugging a white-haired Xing Zhi, I'm pretty sure that it might be the ending scene.

Hi, can you tell me the names of the other 4 you watched by this author? If they’re even half as this one they…
Till now I have watched The Blue Whisper, Back from the Brink, Love between Fairy and Devil, and love you seven times.

This drama is an absolute masterpiece. As expected of a drama adapted from a novel written by Jiu Lu Fei Xiang who never fails to impress me with her storyline. This is the 5th drama I'm watching which is adapted from a novel of hers. I absolutely love to see a strong, independent, and witty female lead who takes no nonsense from anyone. But ig for me the biggest treat is the male lead and his reactions. How he seems indifferent to most of the happening but his subtle change of expressions and reactions manages to turn the whole scene into a comedy. Also, I'm kind of impressed with how they have followed most of the novel till now and have not made too many changes.

This drama is a gem. Firstly the actors completely nailed their roles, especially Leo. It gave me butterflies every time LYY looked at YG. What I enjoyed the most was that throughout the entire drama, it was hard to find one annoying character. It was full of healthy and loving relationships. I also liked how YG's two brothers supported her every decision- be it while playing pool or dating LYY. I also loved how we got to see the character growth of LYY and how he went from an arrogant and prideful teen as shown in the beginning to a loving and responsible person. I also liked the fact that unlike other dramas where the in-laws usually give our male lead a hard time because of some mistake he had committed in the past or if he doesn't come from a very well-off background, YG's parents accepted him once he proved he has redeemed himself without giving him a hard time. Speaking of the pacing, although I didn't feel bored throughout the entire drama but to those who are feeling bored after watching the first few episodes, I would suggest them to hold on till episode 8/9.

Title Marry My Husband Spoiler
I liked these recent episodes so much, but after everything that they have built, they had to introduce the same old "evil ex-girlfriend/fiancé" plot. I mean the main leads finally got together amidst everything that was holding them back like Ji Hyuk thinking that he's going to die again making Ji Won sad, Ji Won finding it hard to rely on someone again after her traumatic relationships. Ji Won's fate is getting transferred to Joo Ran is again going to make them sad. They haven't completely dealt with those two trashes yet and now this comes. I am feeling a bit frustrated, like god haven't those poor souls gone through enough already? Give them a break already and let them spend some peaceful quality time together.

of course the toxic ex fiancé shows up right after we've done something to the number one toxic bitch Sumin.…
Ikr....I am kind of annoyed that they decided to add the same old "evil exgirlfriend

Damn looks like Ji Won and Soo Min are gonna fight in the next episode (in the teaser where they are pulling each other's hair). It seems like Soo Min is finally going to show her true colours to Ji Won. I thought she was gonna keep up with her caring friend facade for a few more episodes.

I'm pretty sure that ending ep was there to help this drama pass censorship. Otherwise it was a surprisingly nice…
True. The last episode was mainly to pass censorship given the fact that the rebirth trope is banned in China. Even in Story of Kunning Palace, they added a minor scene where they showed that everything was just a story written by a modern-day author (since it also had a similar rebirth plot). Here, I would rather consider episode 29 as the actual ending.

Title A Journey to Love Spoiler
Spoiler ahead!!!!!!!!!

Just like someone said below, I expected them to kill some of the main characters but didn't expect them to kill almost everyone. Looking at the spoilers of their wedding, hugging and pouring wine on three badges made me think that at least NYZ, RY and LSS will make it to the end. Damn, I was so wrong. Even though I already knew YL was gonna die but still nothing could have prepared me from becoming an emotional wreck when I was watching that scene. Okay ig I can console myself by saying that NYZ and RY could at least get married before they died. Even though the last 3-4 episodes made me cry a river but I would still say this was one of the best dramas of 2023.

I'm not sure about LSS. His eyes will get injured during the battle but he will probably survive since there was a scene where NYZ and LSS were seen pouring wine on three badges. Also, I saw a scene where NYZ and RY will get married and three butterflies will come and sit on NYZ's shoulder indicating it's the presence of the three.

On A Journey to Love Dec 17, 2023
Came across this gem and finished all the episodes that aired in 4 days. Now waiting for new episodes. So many good costume dramas aired this year and I must say A Journey to love became one of my favorites. From storyline to acting, cinematography, and OSTs everything was executed perfectly. Till now I didn't find any plotholes in the story. The leads as well as the supporting characters slayed their roles. Every time RY/RX was in action it would make me scream BADASSSSS. Plus the friendship between the NYZ, YL, QZ, SL, and YSS was so heartwarming. The character growth of YY was also very satisfying- from being a princess who had spent all her life in the palace and was too afraid to participate in any activity to becoming someone smart, fearless, and ready to sacrifice for her people. Also, I didn't hate LTG for getting obsessive over RX. I mean it was a bit annoying but given his background, it was pretty much understandable. Growing up he only had RX who cared for him.

why you disappointed about the first time their met?
I meant that in a trailer there was a scene when they first met at the award ceremony, Shuyi was smiling at the award she had won and Shi Yan looked at her and smiled. I don't remember seeing that scene in the drama. Like it was a bit more than what they showed in the first episode.
On Only for Love Nov 22, 2023
Ok. Just finished watching all the episodes. Tbh it was neither a good nor a bad watch for me. Like everyone else, I also had really high expectations of this drama because of Dylan and Bai Lu. It was fun in the beginning but it gets really draggy and frustrating in between. Then again the last couple of episodes gave a lot of cute and steamy moments for the leads and they had a lot of screen time too. Acting wise I would definitely say they both nailed their roles. I saw some comments where people were saying Dylan was expressionless most of the time. But those who have read the novel know that's how Shi Yan's character is supposed to be. He is someone who proves his love not by words but by actions. Personally, I feel that his expressions and his portrayal of Shi Yan was perfect. Also, I am really disappointed at the fact that two important scenes: The one where Shi Yan saw Shuyi for the first time and the wedding scene were shot but didn't make it to the final cut.

I saw a theory on Twitter about how CK came back and ig it kind of makes sense. So during CH's and CK's wedding night 30k years ago, CK added a trace of his primordial spirit in the red thread that tied them together. So after the SPS gets activated, we can see that his love knot also breaks. The trace of the primordial spirit that was in the love knot sets free and gets restored that saves him.

Iqiyi is releasing some small extra clips on YouTube. I really wish they shot at least one scene of their life in the 7th tribulation, or if they can again return to heaven together

Is XY the most powerful immortal at the end of the series (CK is excluded since he is still mortal)?
Yup since she is the rightful leader of the six realms

i also dk why people are saying ding yuxi is underrated/ not a traffic actor because the comments speak otherwise…
Ikr!!!! It's like some people are deliberately trying to find or make up reasons just to spread hate. The sml had much less screen time after the shifu-disciple arc. He was a very complex character. He caused a lot of trouble in the beginning - being obsessed with the female lead and trying to defeating CK but then in the end made up for it by almost sacrificing his life for them and finally letting go of his romantic feeling for CH. That was his much needed character development. For me, I am glad that happened. But yes, showing a little more of their seventh tribulation life would have been great even though I am not disapointed with the ending
On Love You Seven Times Aug 30, 2023
Idk why people are again trying to spread hate all of a sudden after being fine for a while. I agree with the fact that the lead couple had a bit less screen timing in the last episode. But still, the overall screen time they got in the drama is a lot more compared to some other popular xianxia dramas.

And can they not try to compare this drama with LBFAD for the slightest thing? I also absolutely love LBFAD but even if they both have the same writer and production team, they both have different storylines and different casts. Not to mention it's really unfair to them. I get that people have different opinions and preferences. But opinions can also be expressed politely without spreading unnecessary hate. If you feel like it's draggy, then fast forward it. If you don't like it then don't watch it because in the end, it's up to you. But please don't spread hate. There are actually quite a lot of people who love this drama.
