Even though I have mentioned it before but I still feel like commenting about how impressive the CGI is. Like it's on another level, especially in the last 4 episodes. I really appreciate that they must have spent a good amount of time and money working on it to make them so beautiful. (The last drama that made me this impressed with the CGI was TTEOTM, even though the story was a bit too angsty for me. )

I saw in an interview that the underwater scene at the beginning of episode 3 (where Xing Yun falls into the water and Shen Li jumps in to rescue him) was actually improvised by ZLY. It was so sweet of her since she wanted to give some closure to the PA fans for the cliffhanger ending.

You are really doing justice to your name. Ig the normal thing for a sober person to do when they don't like a drama is to stop watching that and move on. But you came here purposely to write a long paragraph full of hate and waste even more of your time. This proves who is the stupid one here or getting paid to spread hate. Not to mention that it's also completely normal for people to have different tastes and varying opinions on a novel or a drama. Some people like it and some people don't but most of us don't go around spreading hate like this. Ig you like those dramas with weak/ damsel-in-distress female leads waiting for their knight in shining armor male lead to come and do everything for her? Which is again completely okay but no one here is calling you stupid for that so it doesn't make sense for you to call others who like this drama stupid. Lastly calling someone unfit to play 2nd female lead just because you think they are ugly proves how superficial you are. She has good acting skills to be chosen to play 2nd fl in an S+ drama.

So true. I used to get annoyed seeing Gods/immortals spit out tons of blood even if they are just using a speck of their power. Even I think Shen Li spat out blood only during that cave fight scene in episode 16. Ig that's the whole point. If someone is really strong they are not supposed to spit out blood every now and then unless the situation is really grave.

She's not gonna die but will be held captive by Fu Sheng and Mo Fang (even though he is against it) after injuring them. The three realms will thinks that Shen Li died in the ocean during the battle

I absolutely can't wait for the new episodes specially the fight in the ocean and Xing Zhi's reaction after that. It's one of the scene that I am really looking forward to see but then we are getting one episode from tomorrow . Speaking of which I'm kind of happy that they have managed to keep most of the scenes from the novel, even their inner thoughts too. Ig this was for the best since this would avoid controversies and hate. I still remember even popular dramas like till the end of the moon, back from the brink received quite a bit of hate for the storyline deviating from the novel. Plus it's an absolute bliss to see ZLY and LGX nailing their roles. Also, since we are in almost only like in the middle of the drama, the chances of getting an express package is also low, I think waiting till sunday is the best option for me :(

In the novel, Xing Zhi says in the epilogue "Ah Li marry me" after lady Jin's wedding ceremony. And just now I came across this clip :

Xing Zhi's voice can be heard asking her to marry him.
So I am hoping there is a chance we might get to see the full ending according to the novel and not a very rushed one like most of the other dramas adapted from her novel.

They are just the ranking of a drama based on budget. S+ usually means that it'll have a top-of-the-line budget for costumes, CGI, props, and actors. Dramas like Till the end of the moon, Fox spirit matchmaker are S+ dramas. Given the quality of CGI, costumes, and actors it makes sense for the Legend of Shen Li to be a S+ drama too. The A level dramas mean it has a lesser budget as compared to the S level ones.

By the way, can someone tell me if this is an S or A-level drama? Since the CGI is good, its pretty high budget ig?

Agreed!!!! It goes both ways and Shen Li was also jealous and pissed about Furong's sister, and was with Mofang most of the time. Ig i just felt a bit annoyed with how things played out in the end even though I know they will be meeting soon again :)

In ep 18, although it was kinda fun seeing a jealous Xing Zhi, but as someone stated below, it became annoying when he started sprouting nonsense because he was jealous. Man needs to get his shit together. Even if he has reasons to reject Shen Li and deny his own feelings but that doesn't mean he can go around giving her mixed signals. Either accept that you like her or reject her properly and give her space so that she can move on. We know even though Shen Li is strong enough to defend herself and put Xing Zhi in place, that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt her when the person she likes gives her hope one moment and turns cold the next moment.

Yuppp in yesterday's episode I also thought that black thing in the cave was a camera stand.....but I think that was meant for lighting up fire

Yeaaa me too!!!! I want them to have a proper happy ending where they will be spending their days together happily in the mortal realm and grow grapes.....
