I totally agree, I actually like this more than FAE. There were many more sweet moments in this show and the plot is very interesting.

I just finished the drama and thankfully Forever and Ever just got released to help me recover from the very traumatizing ending. I expected a sad ending but this was just too gory and disturbing for me!! 6 hours?! Did they have to do that? It went from what I thought would be a tragic romance to a horror movie in the last episode. I cannot accept the ending of ZSC...unlike many people who have been bawling, I feel disturbed. All I can think about is what ZSC went through and it's overshadowing all of the very enjoyable episodes prior...not sure if anyone feels the same. My heart needs some healing.

What an epic ending! Wow, I really enjoyed this show and I think this is one of the few dramas with an ending that does it justice. So many Chinese dramas have bad endings but the fight scenes and all the blood spitting and the unexpected happy ending was very satisfying in this finale!

In contrast with many others here, I am really enjoying the story of the FL and ML. I am on ep 14 and the first life was so heart-wrenching, I am glad the second life so far has been more comical and light-hearted which is a good contrast to the first life. I like the SL couple also and find the scenes with the two male leads so amusing and awesome. It took a while to get use to Dylan's eyes which just look very fatigued like he is lacking life and lustre but I wonder if it's because he is completely pasty white from hair to makeup. He also looks like he has eyebags like he hasn't slept for a long time but I think I have finally gotten use to it. I think the chemistry between him and the FL is there, is not as strong as like The Long Ballad or Ashes of Love but I think it's strong enough to make it believable. I also don't find their scenes boring but there are too many flashbacks but I really hope for a happy ending!

Wow thanks for sharing! This is awesome. I can't stand some fmv that use cheesy music or music from other dramas, it's so distracting. This is great that it's from the actual drama!

My favorite scenes so far are 1) when A Sun was smiling over CG's bandaging of his wounds 2) when CG got her period 3) when A Sun's mom died 4) daggers from A Sun when CG was chatting it up with WSY in Changan

So the dreaded weekend wait has arrived....I am thrilled it's the weekend and I rarely look forward to Monday except this week. I want to watch the last 7 episodes because TLB is consuming my life lol. As much as I hate seeing it end, I do need to move on with my life. Now...I'd love to hear what everyone's favorite scene(s) are! There are so many for me :)

Is it just me who loves the daggers coming from A Sun's eyes in ep 39 when CG is talking to WSY? lol!

From a romance pov, the Wolf comes to mind as the ML shows his undivided love for the FL during the entire series although he is cold and cruel on the exterior, and is intentionally misunderstood and even hated by the FL. I found their love story heartwrenching and he sacrifices a lot for the FL. There are major differences though. The FL in the Wolf was very weak at first but becomes stronger as her character develops.

Wow thanks so much for sharing! Watching bts clips really makes me appreciate acting even more. It's so difficult I can imagine getting into an emotioanl scene with cameras and people all around watching you lol. Good job Leo!

Episode 25 was incredible! I must have rewatched Leo's scene 10x. Best acting I've seen in a long time. Does anyone have the link for the bts? I read he was really absorbed into his character, would love to see the bts for it!
