i thought about this drama today because it has one OST i really like. i'm surprised to read people didn't like the cheater couple because they were the best part about this drama for me LOL it's been 3 years since i watched but i do remember liking them more than the lead couple
it's so strange how people are quick to brush off sexual assault and rape just because "it happened years ago". then wonder why actors who smoke weed get 10 year sentences and a ban from acting while rapists get a pat on the back and an apology. i hope the staff involved with signal 2 gets paid properly for their work.
i'm glad they never took a "you're just as bad as him if you kill him" route and they always stood by their choice to kill him. i'm also glad that they didn't made sobaek's relationship with them romantic. i think it's important to show that people are willing to help even if you think they have no reason to
i was excited to watch this at first because i love the fake marriage/dating trope but i only saw the rating go down every week lol is this still worth watching just for the lead couple?
currently on episode 6, this definitely feels weaker compared to kim eunsook's other works and the cgi looks awkward at times but it's not terrible. it's more on the comedic side and both leads personalities are so absurd that it makes me love them lmao i think if you're expecting a good plot that takes itself seriously this drama isn't it, but if you want to watch something funny without worrying too much about how the fantasy works it's entertaining to watch ^_^

i'm on episode 6 and i don't agree with the comments about eunjung because while i think she's very permissive with the things sangyeon does because she's understanding of her feelings it doesn't mean she's stupid or a pushover, however, if i was her i would've beaten up both kim sanghak and sangyeon she's stronger than me omg
this was really nice and i specially appreciate all the relationships depicted between women. i think it's a great drama to watch if you're feeling a little lost or trapped, and to remember there's still time 💗

i understand what you mean- i agree that the story was very heavy at the end. i didn't think about it that way, that what was unexpected was that the story got "dark" instead of the story just being there (if that makes sense lol) and that goes back to the lack of tags. i don't really check the tags since most of the times i personally don't need them but you're right about it. it seems like the tag for murder, domestic abuse and alcoholic parent are there for voting only so they don't show up unless you click on "vote or add tags" :/ i think the only other way (here) is to read comments or reviews unfortunately. i'm sorry you had to watch it without warnings! hopefully those tags will be added soon
i don't really get why people are surprised by the thriller aspect when it's hinted at in the beginning)? i think around the end of episode 2 or 3. like for me it didn't feel unexpected. and also the only main thing in common imo with hccc is girl from city moves to countryside, i feel like it's more of a "my liberation notes" vibe in that sense. i think if you watch this and you're expecting it to be like so-and-so you won't get to enjoy (or dislike it) for what it is because you'll be comparing it since the beginning
