Don't want to be shallow here but I am the only one freaking out over Wang Kai here, the dude is 40, and still freaking hot and charming. I need more dramas with these older actors, their literally such a breath of fresh air from the younger actors in their twenties.
I'm really enjoying this show so far after 8 eps, what's really keeping me is the chemistry between PXR and FSF which came as a surprise because at first I thought they look so odd together. Also I've never understood the appeal of FSF but now I can say this guy has such a charm besides being handsome , I'm even eager to watch ming Lan now. Nevertheless I'm also not surprised this drama is getting complaints about this and that, yes the CGI is not so great, the episode cuts are annoying but besides production , this show is quite engaging so far.
Just watched the intro song (gonna tackle the first ep after work)and I have to say I'm already in love which means I will be disappointed halfway through knowing how cdramas usually turn out. But oh well what can I do.

lol this was literally me . the trailer hooked me so bad but within less than 10 minutes of the first ep I already predicted what a waste of time this was going to be.
one of the few kdraams close to my heart. The leads had me completely obsessed and addicted , this really was one of the best pairings I've ever seen. Now to me it's a masterpiece but realistically it's not. However it gripped me from start to finish and it did the job romance kdramas are supposed to do. it's been almost 2 years , how I wish I could earse my memory and rewatch this.
what an amazing and engaging storyline thus far. bai jing ting is just so good at everything he does. also loving the fls chatcter it's nice to come across one that's not irritating. And can we appreciate the intro it's so beautifully done!

the first couple of episode's shows their love story , there's no unrequited love. they meet twice and both times they fall in love. there's alot of angst that continues through out the series but there is sweet moments but just not as much.This is a tragedy so you can expect a painful love story.

This is literally it , I'll give anything a go if lee do hyun is in it. I hope this is a good one because I feel like lee do hyun hasn't had any good storylines after his amazing performance in 18 again.
this was an interesting watch although lots of stuff doesn't make sense but watch it as a fiction not something realistic. it's quite entertaining and wow kim go eun acting here was outstanding, shes come a long way from goblin.
When I say this is a top-tier thriller/crime drama, I absolutely mean it. Completely blown away by how engaging and thrilling this show was. I've only seen Kang ha nuel in moon lovers so to see him in a different role that he completely nailed was amazing! I hope he gets even better projects in the future.
the plot is quite interesting, I'm looking forward to see how the 2 leads are gonna portray their characters. I'm also glad to see XZ in a romance again, it also seems he chooses his scripts rather than just jumping into dramas with generic plots.

Its actually a mix of everything you mentioned above but the main plot is the tragic love. There is a lot of angst and passion. The leads share some intimate scenes but even when their interacting you can feel the passion from them. Its that good.
Im glad to see a Ma Tian Yu drama again. It makes me sad he doesn't get a lot of recognition when his such a talented actor. He nailed his role in the secret of the three kingdoms.
