Inukai Atsuhiro is at least getting some the recognition he deserves from the non JP fans through this series. Just hope it's the same in Japan.

Episode 3 was great with the bonding and cutesy stuff, but also the plot thickens.

Fair enough! So far the series is hinting obvious bromance, and even with the cute scenes, not exactly in the romance zone yet.

The fake dating part itself isn’t said out loud, but can kind of be implied by the reaction of the characters around them. Hope that gives more context.

I keep coming back to this comment section because the series just has me rolliiiinnnnggggggg.
It's also not doing any good, instead it keeps fueling my need to see Atsuhiro Inukai do another series with Akaso Eiji.

TO THOSE WONDERING IF ITS BL OR BROMANCE:
IT DOESNT MATTER. If you're here for tender kisses and passionate love confessions, you're not gonna get any of it whether it BL or not. Plot and action filled drama first and foremost.

Doesn't matter. No matter if it's romance or bromance, It's main focus is the plot and action so if you're not here to watch that then you should probably skip this one. I doubt this series will have any die-hard love confessions or steamy kiss scenes. The manga itself isn't even finished.

It does still have it's cute moments though, and chemistry still exists between the two leads. Really up to you and what you like watching.

Episode 2 just made me love the series more. The two main leads are killing it. So far, as someone who hasn’t read the manga before, it’s blowing away all my expectations of a good standalone J-Drama. Hope the momentum doesn’t stop.

Also the post-preview scene is adorable.

Honestly a lot more fun than I was expecting. It doesn't take itself too seriously, yet it knows it has a good looking cast filled with talented people that they're not afraid to flaunt.

I would honestly recommend two or three weeks to see if anyone subs it. If not by then, start watching it raw. if you're still interested.

If you really wanna watch it straight up raw though go ahead. You'll still have a blast from the action, camera shots and tension (and music). And even without knowing the language, the visuals part is enough to convey exactly whats happening.

I'm halfway through the first episode and I'm absolutely smiling like a fool.

Yeah. If only they were more accessible. The thing is although my japanese skills are pretty bad, I can actually still understand 60-80% of things being said. It's just finding the dramas in the first place that's the problem for me.

If you can find a video on some chinese website (with potential chinese subs) could you message the link?

I'd go raw but I just never know where to find the raws to japanese series (unless it's toku) that aren't torrent.

Hopefully a fan of one of the two leads picks this up.
