This drama is not for everyone. It's not your usual fluffy romance drama and covers some heavy topics such as sexual assault and child abandonment. The FL is traumatized and her usual response to dealing with issues is to run away (though she does stand up when it matters). The ML is a tsundere and while he obsessively loves the FL he just won't say it. It is also slow burn so don't expect them to get together until the middle of the series.

I agree. Even though the drama was shot in Chengdu, the name of the city is fictional so we have to give the scriptwriter some creative room to set the setting.

I have no issue with love a first sight. I have a issue with doctor patient relationship which is against medical ethics code. And please, don't bring other dramas into this. This has nothing to do with other dramas and I don't want to create fanwars.

this doctor patient relationship is bothering me. The ML abusing his doctor role to flirt with the FL is highly unethical.
