I am so in love with this drama. Everything about it from the aesthetics to the visuals, to the plot, to the cast. omg it's just so captivating to watch!! I really feel for the leads, and I love their chemistry!! I'm so excited for more eps adjsjfsf

i feel like this series is just supposed to be entertaining and i'm enjoying it just accepting it for what it is haha. despite the main couple probably "realistically" being bad for each other i still can't help shipping them adjajf

lol i guess the different village idea was so that there was variation and so it kept things fresh for the story maybe. plus i guess they'd get a bit overrun otherwise hahaha! but yeah it was sad that Alice and her mom were separated :( I hope Alice gets reunited with mom one day!!

am hoping jong ah can finally see ghosts now, that'd be cool! and maybe il yong will stick around after he's let out from jail!! (maybe he'd continue to be able to see villages, i think this is my wishful thinking LOL)
and the guest star at the end was such a tease!!
also hoping Alice's story will be wrapped up too, as well as Captain Kang (though maybe it's kind of a given that they stay behind in the village as Alice needs someone to look out for her, and everyone else kind of left...)

do we get a third season??? omg?! was this some kind of hint that it may happen?? we still have a few unanswered questions which i'm wondering whether we'll get answers for but i'm hoping that if they do a next season these things will be a part of it somewhat lol: (in spoiler)

idk how close to the novel this might be but my god the second leads REALLY ruined such a good series.. the found family dynamic was something i treasured so much from the previous season, and all the hijinks etc! i just really can't stand these two selfish characters who are only there to cause friction for the sake of it. :(

i still like both sml and ml haha, obviously i'm so happy for her to be with the ml (the confession was sooooo cute and swoonworthy) but i don't dislike sml like some ppl do! maybe it's my bias for the actor too hahaha!
in any case my heart nearly dropped when i thought he had been killed off xD but it was a sad event regardless, his friend dying in his place and then losing the use of his arm oof

here to say i don't really watch much cdrama/wuxia and yet i'm surprisingly REALLY liking it! the ML is really eye-catching too!

i actually really like light historical romcoms haha so i guess it's just my kinda thing.. i tend to struggle with the more serious stuff~
