From what I understand, Haishi is not the mermaid here in the drama, but I don't know if the mermaid will appear again in the drama for some reason. As regards the passing of wounds from the King to Fan Zhu, it is the result of a blood binding process that Fang Zhu wanted with the king, as feels guilty of pushing the King into war and lost the queen because of it.

Same here, a glimpse here and there made me realize how the screen writer dragged on and on about misunderstandings that could have been cleared so easily. This drama has been going downhill in the past week and continues to do so, I'll come back to it after the airing of the last episode, it is totally a waste of time to watch it now. In the meantime, Pearl Eclipse started a week ago or so and it is simply too good to miss, hope the screen writer did a good job and does not disappoint as the episodes move on.

Have watched all 8 episodes aired so far, totally enjoyed them. The drama started just great and it moves on with a good beat, no dragging on or anything. I hope it will stay this way as it moves on. I have not read the novel and I hope it won't be a sad ending, I cried so much watching One and Only and the sadness still lingers in me every time I think of Allen Ren, the hopelessness of his love for Bai Liu in the drama.

The ending is too abrupt while the story in terms of episodes itself is too draggy. Half an episode at the end to explain away all the misunderstandings, and even less time to wrap up sending the FL off back to another world, with doubts whether she really remembers what happened.

This drama is too draggy, it should have been, could have been a series of no more than 30 episodes, if not less.

Since we are not in the 2nd half of the story yet, I can't tell. But the narrative in the beginning is totally different, this I can tell. The drama starts with the female lead in the modern days and then for some unknown reason finds herself catapulted in ancient period. This is not what the narrative tells us here.

Don't think so, how can I possibly put out a spoiler alert on a drama of which I have no clue.

I so love Allen's acting , he is on top of my favourite actors list :)

It is a light hearted comedy, intentionally complicated by continuous misunderstandings and typical scheming of an one sided love by another female for the main male lead. The MML is great in portraiting the character he covers, he and the female lead fit into each other perfectly. However I do find only a couple of episodes are aired in the weekend a nuisance, it makes me loose interest and patience. After all, it is a drama of 24 episodes, it shouldn't take anymore than 3 weeks at best to finish airing it, but as it is, it drags on more than a month.

I have started watching this drama, keeping up with the episodes when aired, is it just me or there are also those who think the narrative of the drama provided here in kisskh has nothing to do with the story being told in the drama itself? They are totally two different stories.

If this drama has a happy ending then I'd certainly look forward to it, I simply can't handle any sad ending drama, not after how Allen Ren died in One and Only, it is still haunting me since I last watched it over a month ago.

the poisoning is intentional, the SML takes comfort to ensure at least he would be the last one the FL see when she dies, since ML is dead, but surprise, surpirse, the ML is alive!

It was a show for the second male lead to see, the FL already knew the ML was alive and they planned the scene to make the second male to make a move.

I intentionally skipped that part too, it was just too painful to watch, I mean breaking his bones and him not one word all the time, hour and after hour of physical torture.. it is just too heart wrenching and painful.
