TK:EM has not really grabbed my attention with the premise and the reviews I've heard. But I might change my mind in the future, who knows. Thank you for commenting !
Do u think there can be a second season with that ending?
Hm. The ending was left open so it depends on how you interpret it I would say. Either you interpret it as the happy ending (Tae Sul is not dead since the past was reset at the same time the uploader was not made and Seo Hae came back because someone else (Tae San or Sigma but with no real ill intention) made an uploader themselves). Either you interpret it as the sad ending with Seo Hae being an hallucination and Sigma still out for Tae Sul and maybe ? But to be quite honest with you I do think it's a wrap for me. I'm not sure how a season 2 would play out and what it would tell us more that wasn't into season 1. We might be surprised but I think one season does justice to the story.
Enjoyed reading your article. This is a good drama, but the highlight for me was the acting. Cho Seung Woo and…
Thank you so much for your kind words ! Same, Cho Seung Woo and Park Shin Hye really did a fantastic job. And not just them : Sung Dong Il but especially Kim Byung Chul were amazing (and the kid playing young Sigma ? He has a future, he was so good, mimicking KBC's tone and manerisms !!). The casting team did a really great job for this drama.
I haven't finished this drama yet. They kinda lost me around ep 12 or 13. As with most Kdramas this one started…
Given where you're at in the drama, you might as well finish, you might be surprised, who knows ? I'd love a good action drama, though I agree ! Thank you for commenting :) !
set design in some post apocalyptic scenes is really good. and the bgms in first half of drama were great.overall…
Thank you for commenting ! I agree, the BGMs in the first half were really good, I loved them and I can't wait for the full album to be released ! I do think there were some miss in the execution but that was not often (for me) and they really tried to bring something different to the table. It did not tarnished my enjoyment but we all have different tastes.
Even tho the ending was hard to understand I still enjoyed every bit and yes had my mr stranger as lead he is…
Thank you for commenting ! Yes to all of this ! I was drawn by both CSW and the premise and it did not disappoint. It was so nice to see Cho Seung Woo play a more expressive role again to showcase just how good he is again. But overall the plot itself was really good and really grabbed my hand to make me run with it. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the last five minutes but I might rewatch the last episode again.
Thanks for this article. I also just finished watching the whole drama and I really appreciated the settings,…
Thank you for commenting ! As I said, patience is key for this drama, hence why the first part of the drama felt confusing at times. But the writing team really tried to play on the little incoherences of the first half to try and wrap things up.
Amazing article!!! i started watching this because the story was captivating to me, was neither a fan of CSW nor…
True, I should have added a line about the plot being interesting because the plot also drew me in. I'm glad you enjyed the show as well and thank you for your kind words on the article ! If you ever want some recs about CSW's other works (if you're interested that is) let me know ;)
Thank you for sharing your thoughts ! I personally think there was a lot of faulty mechanics in this drama, but…
Thank you for your compliments :D ! Sisyphus has its flaws but as you said, it was still enjoyable, I really liked the experience of following a drama every week like this and Sisyphus was the perfect drama for this I think.
I've been waiting for this kind of article for so long, I just finished the drama on Friday and I can't move on…
Thank you for your kind words ! I loved their antics in all the BTS videos JTBC released. They seemed to have a great time and it shows in the drama as well. I enjoyed it a lot despite its flaws
Just stumbled upon that article while I was browing Junsu's page. Big fan of musical and dived in recently into korean musicals. It was nice to read something about them on here!
But then, how did the kidoo version of sigma know what is going to happen? How did he know the incidents about…
For the time machine discussion it was simply Tae Sul wishing he could go back to save/see his parents, some part of wishful thinking of a grieving kid so that is easily explained. The rest.... There's this notebook at the end. Did he have it with him the whole time ? That could be and thus would allow him to know stuff but also to see his "past" lives' self, very much like Seo Hae had memories from her past self when she touched her diary in 2035 ? That's the only explanation I have.
The song begin 49:40. No idea, I don't find it on OST. Nice song.
Thanks for the reply. It wasn't this song I was looking for however. The one I meant was the intro/theme song during the Opening but the one for the first 8 episodes. Thanks again for this!
But to be quite honest with you I do think it's a wrap for me. I'm not sure how a season 2 would play out and what it would tell us more that wasn't into season 1. We might be surprised but I think one season does justice to the story.
