The only popular international works that have had a major impact in China r Sailor Moon, Street Fighter, and LotR. And TKA is just a combo of all three in Chinese style....

In Ep 2, we have Luna the "moon" cat (from Sailor Moon) battling Ye Xiu n Co.
It means, Lord Grim is Sailor Moon (anime made it clearer his two red tails r actually SM's long hair trails)
So then, Ye Qiu/1AutumnLeaf is Tuxedo Mask (from Sailor Moon). This explains y 1AL wears the mask (in the game) coz he based on tuxedo masked char from SM. (In the anime, he has a red pointy cape/tail at the back that looks like a tuxedo coat tail).
I really really don't like the female lead player with the male lead because they didn't give us a warm up to…
