It's very good thriller with a really great cast. Fantasy element (the only one in this drama I think) is well written. Characters (all 4) are probably the best in crime-detective-thriller drama ever. Love them! :)

Agree, doctor couple has great chemistry and their relationship is really fascinating. Acting is superb and actors create this unique bond that I love a lot.

Kim Kyung Nam was amazing in the last ep. After that I realized he play so strong and his Shin Jae could have moved the heart even of those who criticize all in the drama.
Despite the problem of scenario and logic and editing, this drama was a good opportunity at least for two actors: Kim Kyung Nam because his Shin Jae was phenomenal and Jang Eun Che because her PM was so well played. They could take an important place in the scenes and I hope we can see them in next dramas. They deserve the lead role, absolutely. I do not mention about Woo Do Hwan, whose career shot up now. TKEM is a very traditional drama, slightly stiff I think, and PM and Shin Jae bring into it the touch of reality.
