TTJ watching over unconscious LSS, and getting PYZ as a visitor. PYZ swaps Fuci bracelets for TTJ's heart's blood and being all persuasive because of divinations about TTJ losing his loved one.

Why can't PYZ leave the divinations alone??? especially with that plan of raising ZombieJiwu up..... Xiao Lin ought to have risen then and scolded him for real😅

Bai Lu really sells the strangling very well.... looking at how YBC is holding the cloth, it really isn't a strangling hold, but BL acts it out very well. No wonder CDL was worried about her😅

LSS now knowing YBC's part in the whole porridgegate is heartbreaking. Does she clear out any misunderstanding after this? of course not.🤣 But I just had to replay PR throwing YBC on the ground a few times more to ease my heart🤣🤣🤣

Why can't Chen Duling accept that she's better at villain roles than leading FL roles?😅🤣 Even after a looooooot of works, she still can't shake off her YBC vibes for me anyway🤣🤣

Its aftermath is just as devastating... TTJ going over everything LSS said in the dungeon, and matching it with every single thing she said to him before, trying to figure out if they were truths or lies, but accepting to himself that he doesn't deserve anything good😭

Oh, God, the dungeon scene. Still a masterclass in drama and delivering heartwrenching emotion. 😭💔

PR and YQY discussing why YXW would try to assassinate TTJ. "Is it for Xiao Lin?" Poor souls. They couldn't know about LSS's real purpose and reasons because she really is different from everybody else. She'd even go to the lengths of cutting herself off from the family records.

YQY giving the family a heads up as YXW's actions might have a backlash on them all. General Ye stands firm on protecting YXW and their family no matter the consequence. Even Zeyu looks noble as he accepts the task of protecting the family. Only Bitchang is different.

LSS dreams of her sect brothers and father once again.💔 She despairs that she failed in her mission to rid the world of the evil bone.

Just as LSS sends the last three nails into TTJ's heart, Ming Ye's Heart Guarding Scale protects him.

Why? Because at that moment, TTJ accepted his fate to die by LSS's hand. But Ming Ye's essence decides it's not the right time for him to die (just like how MY saved TTJ later when he tries to kill himself and every demon in the Abyss). TTJ's survival really is the key point that changes his fate as the evil DG.

The wedding commences....

It could have been a happy ceremony. Despite the sudden snow (foreshadowing much?), the wedding happens as it should --the bride approaches the smiling groom, they walk side by side towards the altar, they bow three times-- but their hearts couldn't be more different. TTJ thinks this is their beginning; LSS decides it's their end.

The appearance of the last Soul-Slaying Nail happens as TTJ lifts LSS's veil and sees his beloved joyfully, the first heartfelt joy he had ever felt in his miserable life. With the last nail, LSS starts piercing TTJ's heart (with the evil bone) with 3 nails each, in between allowing for one last conversation with him (she thinks).

"Ye Xiwu, why?" "Tantai Jin, my purpose in the first place was to kill you." 💔
"So, all the words you said to me, were lies?" 💔
"But I still .... love you."💔

LSS looks at the formed nails and is thinking "Will I really use this on him?" or something. (in my head anyway🤣This episode is so painful to watch)

Zeyu, of all people, barges in loudly and reminds LSS of Grandma's kindness to her, everything she had done for her, but LSS just sends him away coldly. She does the same to YQY when he confronts her too.

Watching LSS's moves now, and knowing what comes after.... she really does present classic signs of having sui**dal tendencies --throwing away/giving away everything she loved, trying to please people around her (well, only TTJ anyway and for a certain purpose), and changing personalities 180 degrees... This drama could easily be used as teaching material for psychology students😅

TTJ picks an ominous date for his wedding. Why? Why not 5 days after or something??

TTJ accepts LSS's offer of marriage (why it took this long, and why it had to happen today, I can't--- plot purposes, of course).

YQY remarks that LSS couldn't be persuaded to go to Grandma's funeral, very unlike herself. TTJ chalks it up to extreme grief, for her and for XL, "who YXW had loved for a long time" as he says. He couldn't also bear to say LSS killed XL coz that was HIS fault, so he only said "She watched him die".

YQY hit it right on the head when he asked, "You know it was you she tried to murder. Yet you still want to make her queen? Don't you have ill feelings?" TTJ's answer clearly reflects how desperate he is to have LSS by his side, as she's the only one who he believes truly loves him. Is it self-delusion? or is it just desperation?😭

He is quick to forgive her even without talking everything over with her.... which is just sad as communication clearly is needed between them to clear every misunderstanding and y'know, figure out that YBC is to blame for porridgegate???

Poor NBY, at the receiving end of TTJ's despair. Had YXW been labeled as traitor and had XL cast her out because of her attempted assassination, she really wouldn't have had any choice but to hide in TTJ's kingdom. But since she wasn't, TTJ must have thought she wanted to follow XL in death or something.
