He said it so sincerely that LSS really could have confessed everything right then and there her mission.... but darn NBY and his unwelcome timing. (I love NBY, but not at that moment)

...with of course foxy PR and YQY having their romantic moment on the rooftop as well😍❤️ YQY of course being worried that he is just mortal, living to at most 100 years (barring death in the battlefield, of course--come on, how confident YQY is with his skills?🤣), but when PR playfully answers she'd just drink wine and find another man, surprisingly, YQY brightens at that and is okay with that??? =sigh= this guy...

Had to pause and just savor the entire Qixi festival with these lovebirds... LSS's trauma and dilemma showing up as she and TTJ were selected by the shaman to be the goddess and the Devil God ---foreshadowing much?---

One of my favorites as well, and because of the same scene.. It's one moment where I felt for TTJ's whole tragedy and felt relief that at least he found his happiness in LSS, no matter how brief each moment was.

Ye Zeyu, Father, and Grandma Ye all noticing LSS"s bright spirits, with Zeyu hitting the mark at guessing she and TTJ made up. Father Ye still worried about LSS being treated badly in the palace now that TTJ is emperor, but cheeky LSS answers she made TTJ sleep on the floor🤣 I love our empowered sisters!🤣
