In this drama you can certainly tell that they spent a lot of money and time into it. The props and costuming looks really elegant and nice and the cg effects are beautiful. The color might be a bit too flashy and pastel for me though. Another point is the drama does very well with the plot. It was really easy to identify and uderstand. I like how the point of the story is they have 7 lifetimes but they accidentally discover the conspiracies of what actually happened.

I have an issue with the casting. Ding Yuxi is the only person who actually has experience and is fit for role. He has the ability to pull off minor expressions and he’s fit into the style. Yang Chaoyue, I can’t really say the same. Her acting in this drama was way better the “The Journey of Chong Zi”. But even if it was better, her acting skills are still very poor. Her crying scene’s look really fake and forced. Especially during her begging science in her 2nd life to release Lu Changkong, I couldn’t feel the sadness and her expressions were really bad.

I'm very disappointed in this drama to be honest. It was honestly an e-sports drama to begin in the beginning and it was honestly not that good. There were literally so many coincidence in the show that made me very mad, like there's honestly no way that someone is that lucky. I also didn't understand why Liang Cheng was trying to learn to play video games in the beginning. Also I literally didn't care about the video game part. Literally in the beginning of the show, it kept showing us the scene inside the video game and it made me very upset because I honestly felt like it was wasting my time, and there was no point of even adding those scenes in there because whether you watch it or not it doesn't affect the story at all.. If those scenes weren't in there the show would probably be cut down to like 25 episodes.

My other biggest problem is the fact that Liang Chen is a celebrity, however it's like she is purposely trying to get the paparazzi's attention by not wearing a mask or sunglasses to certain places. I don't think it was the actresses fault but maybe more of the crew and the setup of the drama. Also it's not possible for someone to fall in love with an online friend, especially since he doesn't know who is on the other side, and when the two of them finally meet, it's like love is in the air. Lu Jing's side makes sense since who wouldn't love their favorite celebrity, however how did Liang Chen fall in love with Lu Jing when she never even met him excpet online, that called she likes him based on his looks. They literally never hung out and it made me really mad.

Also what is up with Lu Jing's friends, when your friend is dating a celebrity the first ting you do is ask Lu Jing why he never told you that he was dating a celebrity, instead there reaction was to start praising Lu Jing. The show really disappointed me, however the acting was good and their love scences were cite and sweet.

I gotta say, this drama really opened my eyes and impressed me. The fact that this drama came out way back in 2011, and you can find all episodes with eng subtitles on youtube makes it an even better drama. (there's no ads on yt).

Even though it is very lengthy, it can honestly be divided into 3 seasons. But all 98 episodes are worth it. Every episode is filled with excitement and entertainment making the story very interesting. There's no a single episode that makes me feel bored until it gets near to the end.

I honestly have no complaints about this show, I love Xiao Yanzi's character also sometimes I feel like she can be too annoying and a troublemaker. However I've also never seen the original so I can't really compare.

The ending makes me kinda mad, I feel like Xiao Yanzi should have went back to the Palace and Yong Qi should have did something about Xin Rong. It was really sad to see the group separate, especially Benjamin. The ending could have been better. But overall I'm very impressed by this show.

If I were to rate the love story and storyline of only Lu Zhaoyao and Mo Qing it would be 9 stars. However if I’m rating the entire show it’s more of a 6.5 stars.

To begin with there were a lot of unnecessary parts, like Luo Mingxuan dying and coming back alive, like it just the same plot over and over and it gets boring. Like there’s was probably 3 big fits that we saw, they were trying to kill Luo mingxuan. It’s useless and we don’t need it in the show.

The show was way too long, it really should have been like 30 episodes, especially if we cut out the entire Luo mingxuan dying and coming back alive. It’s really unreasonable.

The love story is also pretty good, I like the entire plot of lu Zhaoyao dying and coming back to life, but looking like Qin Zhiyan, I think it’s funny and adorable. The costuming is pretty good and same with ost.

I saw a small clip of this video on tiktok and I]the male lead was very handsome so I decided to check it only to find out that it was a movie. The entire movie was like a typical bullying movie, when one of the main leads is bullied and the other comes out and steps out for them. Honestly very cute.

Cast was great, especially the male lead, this hair is on fleek, so hot. Really recommend, very short but I kinda wanted like an after story, cause this all happened while their in school, so like there is a possibility that they might break up later in their lives. But really nice movie.

I loved the fact that there's like a little group with a bunch of couples. Like you have Yuan Shuai and Jiang Jun, Li Xiaochuan and Xu Li, and Shen Xin and Chen Yicheng. I felt bad for Jia Yuanji, although he couldn't get Qiao Na's love but it seemed like she did sort of liked him. I pity Du Lei, yet he needs to know love can't be forced. There was a certain part in the drama where it was so boring. Like at ep 25 - 30 got kinda boring. I really liked their chemistry of love. It's very funny and sarcastic and it feels very funny.

If you came here for Bai Lu and Zhang Linghe, I suggest you leave right away. The show didn't really focus on the love between the 2 which I didn't really mind. I'm at least glad that the entire drama didn't revolve all around love. You don't really see any chemistry between the main leads until like past episode 20.

There are some characters that I just loved throughout the entire show. Not only their looks but they managed to pull off the acting of their characters so well. I love the princess's personality and this is my first drama I've seen her act but she did a really good job, and her personality is pretty hard to despise. Yan Lin also did a spectacular job. It just such a pity that they didn't end up together. I feel like Jiang Xuening shouldn't have wasted so much time with Zhang Zhe if she was going to end up leaving him.

The story also took a lot of time to explain what was going on. Basically it's a simple and basic plot. Empress Dowager's family has a lot of power in the court, and wants to take over. That is literally the plot, and Jiang Xuening gets reincarnated will all her knowledge in her past life as empress to stop all bad things from happening.

The show was mid, wasn't super good but not too bad., there are like literally 2 kissing sceneces betwwen the main leads and that's about it.

The story started off really intriguing. The first 10 episodes just kept making me want to watch it more and more. The roles fit the main leads very well, and the drama was off to a great start.

I fell like when the story got to the plot or when the couple heads to YouZhou, the story starts to get really boring, and there’s nothing left for me to watch, I really did think about giving up but luckily I didn’t. The story picks up again after near the end.

I wouldn’t say it’s the best or a masterpiece, but the story is very good then drops then is good again. I mean it’s not a complete waste of time to watch it, but again 40 episodes is really worth it.

I personally only watched this show, because I've read the webtoon. There was a couple of differences and samaritans. For one, Kang Soojin was honestly a lot better person in the drama. Sadly, she became evil due to love, but in the webtoon, it shows more of Joo Gyung'slove life, but in the drama, we get to see her family a bit more. I've had always shipped Ju Gyung and Suho, even though the webtoon and the drama, but for some reason, on the last episode of the drama, I felt like she should have ended up with Seojun. I pity him. But at least in the webtoon, they dated. Honestly m favorite character would be her brother and Soo Ah

I don't know what wrong with the show, I personally didn't like it. It was really really boring. the beginning kept talking about some kind of gold thread, in which I didn't care about, and know want to care about. I can't stand the male lead. The more I look at the male lead the more I think he can't show love. I ship her with the second male lead. Li Qingliu played the big senior brother in eternal love, in which I can't get rid of that. So it only reminds me of the guy he played in eternal love, not who he played in this show. I was honestly really excited to watch this but the show wasn't good. It kept talking about other stuff, and I don't know how she ended up working for him but the whole storyline is a complete mess.

I've seen better shows before.

Plot: This is probably where my biggest issue lies within this show. The entire Hua Ruyue was defying against the heavenly law and was meant to be punished. So Bai Jiusi took her punishment and exchanged hers for her to suffer in the mortal world for 10 years. Then Hua Ruye comes back and kills Bai Jiusi and avenges for their son. Then she becomes Li Qingyue and is actually Hua Ruyue under it.
* Everything that happened in the mortal realm is fine with me, my only problem is the fact in the illusion that Hua Ruyue created for Bai Jiusi, Bai Jiusi thought that it wasn't possible for Hua Ruyue to be pregnant. The only reason that would explain why BJS thought HRY couldn't be pregnant could only be because they didn't have intercousre, in that case I have no idea where the baby came from then
* Another issue is the script never fully explained how/why Li Qingyue is Hua Ruyue. I feel like if the show could have give us, the audience some clues where it allowed us to see that "oh Li Qingyue is actually Hua Ruyue" then the entire battle could have made a little more sense instead of Li Qingyue suddenly turning into Hua Ruyue
* I also find it really funny how the main leads haven't reconcile and another plot gets added into the show with the Xiao Jinshan trying to create chaos and destroy things

Now of the compliments, for the leading stars in the show (is what I'd assume most people are here her including me), the acting was phenomenal, the cp between the characters was absolutely amazing during the show and other variety shows they were on together. Out of any of the actors Bai Lu has worked with, I think Zeng Shunxi would be my favorite right now.

Season 2 was not any better than season 1. Ming Xia forgets his memory, but then there's this Yao Bitao that comes out of nowhere. I didn't see her in season 1 and she was really annoying. She pretend to be Ming Xia's girlfriend and it got me really pissed. She is like a new girl who came into town. In season 2 there is a lot more demons. I thought that most of the demons were supposed to listen to whoever had the ring. Welp apparently not cause Nie Qingcheng is the demon queen, and there's this Mo Yuan who is also demanding the demons to do stuff. Every person I excepted to be human is a demon. In season 1 there was at 5 demons, and in season 2, I could at least name over 20 demons. In season 2 there's this demon-vampire that comes out of nowhere with Yao Bitao. These 2 people were not in season 1 but somehow came into season 2. Season 2 wasn't bad, it just makes me upset that they are bringing more people into the story that I couldn't care less about. I am very grateful that they were able to have all the correct actors and actresses to play for each role.

This drama was fine at first within the first 10 episodes but then it just gets really boring. This is your typical average ancient Chinese drama where there's a superior figure that is trying to find all the corrupt officials and deal with government embezzlement.

The story was interesting in the beginning but then it moves really fast, and it rushed. The main leads literally get married on ep 8 and they don't have any feelings for each other. They've met like 4-5 times and the male lead just simply asks the king to marry her not because he likes her. Their chemistry doesn't really get any better after being married.

The hair, costume, and props were very bland. The costuming for this drama was an issue to me. Now this might be accurate based on ancient Chinese history for their outfits, but I cannot with their outfits. In most Chinese dramas their clothing choices are solid matching colors but in this drama, they use patterns and colors that don't match and it makes me very mad.

The acting for this show is fine, I've seen a couple Song Weilong dramas, but honestly kind of dissapointed.

There’s nothing really special about this drama. I only watched it because I saw a clip of it on YouTube and I watched several clips after and it looked really interesting. I later went to actually watch the show to only figure out it’s like 40 episodes. Honestly a waste of your time, if you want to watch this show I just suggest watching the few scenes they have on YouTube cause 40episodes isn’t worth your time. However in the show I don’t know if it’s just me but Yan Li looks like a 40 year old man in the show and GAO Yang looks like a 20 year old, like the age difference is really off and it makes it kinda gross to watch the show.

I also don’t understand how on earth Gao Yang is able to fall for Yan Li, she literally just lives in his house for a couple weeks and somehow falls in love with him even though he’s being a complete jerk and giving her rules she had to follow. I really liked clothing in this drama, not only on Gao Yang but also on Ye Minglan.

I feel like I have wasted my time watching these 7 episodes, I have suffered enough pain. There is no structure to this drama at all. The drama is honestly just crashing on Peng Xiaoran’s popularity after “Goodbye my Princess”. You can see the costumes are very similar yet even the base of the story is similar to Dong Gong.

The biggest complaint I have is the cast. Now I think it’s the age gap between the two leads that male it very hard to continue to keep watching. Um like 12 years, really, I don’t know what’s going on in Chinese dramaland nowadays. I would have shipped Peng Xiaoran with the second male lead.

This is just a no for me, I wish I didn’t continue to watch this drama.
