I watched this on a 14hr flight and trust me, I felt like I spent half the flight watching this. It was so badly written that I do not recommend it to anyone. What a time waste. Pity because the acting was good, and the initial premise had so much potential.
Thought-provoking,, emotionally stirring, and complex, yet so simple and grounded all the way till the end. As expected from one of my favourite screenwriters and an A1 cast. Highly recommend this beautiful gem for a mature audience.
It was an engaging one-time watch showcasing different ways one controls others in a relationship, how the victim isn’t always the righteous one, and the twisted ways in which we love. All in all, decent psychological movie that should have been made into a drama instead of a movie that would actually allow for the story to be fleshed out better.
