Eng sub Ep. 10 (Final) is up!! ✨Thank you so much IrozukuSubs for subbing this drama until the end 😭♥️https://x.com/irozukusubs/status/1825095316150083706
Their dynamic was my favorite part of this asadora. I wish more second male lead characters (especially in K-dramas)…
Agree! And not just that, Shinjiro understood that Godai loved Asa, and that Godai was special to Asa, too but he never let that make him insecure. He trusted Asa and the relationship they shared, and never stopped her from pursuing what she wanted. Both men treated her with so much dignity and respect.
I don't trust MDL ratings. Most of the dramas I've really loved are rated low, with the exception of a few. I'd say if a plot interests you, go for it. That's how you come across unexpected gems. Don't let others' ratings dissuade you. Also, if you want recommendations, take them from people who actually give you recommendations that are similar to what you like, rather than throwing generic recommendations that are not even similar to the said drama / movie.
The story wasn't unique by any means but the way it was told in a non-linear fashion complemented by the editing, classy direction and unique set design made this an engaging watch. The way the director constantly juxtaposed the three people in a frame via the windows, mirrors and various camera angles seriously heightened the tension between the characters for the first 3 episodes. The fourth episode was more melodramatic / makjang-ish but the writing made up for it with the unpredictable plot twist. Choi Yeo Jung and Kim Min Joon delivered, as always, but were unfortunately let down by Shin Yoon Joo's bland acting and screen presence. I couldn't understand why both men went crazy over the babysitter. That aside, it was a well-made short drama that I would recommend for its vibe.
I couldn't agree more. There was a time I used to watch almost every K-drama and now I barely manage to finish…
Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed the dramas I recommended :)
I am glad I stumbled upon Asadoras 2-3 years back.. they are so family-friendly, healing and beautiful. They're very real in the way they show us a character's journey from young to old. Nothing like them and I hope Japan never stops making them.
Definitely a reality, I used to watch them all the time and now I don't even bother because I just end up dropping.…
I couldn't agree more. There was a time I used to watch almost every K-drama and now I barely manage to finish 10 in an entire year.. I have switched to watching mostly J dramas because of the sheer variety of genres and stories they make with people from all sorts of backgrounds and fields. Of course I'm not saying one is inferior / superior to the other, but it's just really about variety.

Both dramas made her a sweetheart <3
I don't remember seeing it on my channel either.
I found it very recently.

I went from majorly watching K dramas to now being unable to sit through most of them and watching mostly J dramas.
