So I don't understand how and why people idolise them for things that are not related to their craft. What do we even know about them to hold them in such high regard?

It's tricky because all her personalities (like in the case of DID) took a form of their own so you can't know for sure what her motivations with Isao were, but my interpretation is that it was a mixture of confusion and conforming to the norm.

I know its been 7 years but I just saw your comment so I thought of replying. Similar time-travel premise, but very different execution and focus. In this one, the future self of the ML comes back to the present while the FL is dating the ML. So both versions of him exist in the present, unlike 'Tomorrow With You'.
