GirlFromNowhere commented below that this drama has the most comments among k-dramas, so I got curious and checked. It seems that only 6 k-dramas have more than 14k comments: This one, Snowdrop (28k), IONTBO (19k), Twenty-Five Twenty One (18k), True Beauty (17k) and Vincenzo (14k). But I found more c-dramas with 14k or more: The Long Ballad (36k), Love between fairy and devil (24k), Love like the galaxy Part 2 (26k), Love like the galaxy Part 1 (22k), Who rules the world (23k), The untamed (17k), Immortal Samsara Part 1 (17k), Word of honor (16k), The oath of love (14k), You are my glory (14k). Even Squid Game which was a worldwide blockbuster only has half of Forever and Ever’s comments. Our community seems very passionate about c-dramas lol
Im sorry I tried to watch this drama for Dylan but I couldn’t stand FL’s voice. No hate to her but I can’t…
I didn't like her voice either. I forced myself and also lowered the volume a little bit, because I really wanted to watch it, and I'm glad I persevered because I loved it!
I don’t understand what the male lead actually is. A soldier? A spy? A secret agent? A private person revenging…
According to the book (from which many parts of the drama were taken), the ML and his team were members of the Falcon Special Forces of the Chinese Air Force and went to Cambodia to arrest an arms smuggling group. After his team was killed, he remained back there by infiltrating the group in a top-secret operation. When he first met the FL, he had already been undercover for four years. Different from the book, in the drama: he quit the military due to injuries and founded a private security firm.
I posted this in this chat: There are 2 romance arcs, one with main couple Sun-woo and Bo-ra (from start to finish and a lot of screen time). The other is about the FL liking 3 of her 4 friends at different times in her life. There was enough screen time for Jung-hwan during the time the FL liked him to make people think he would be the one among the 3 friends. But as I read in a script review somewhere else, Taek had actually the most total screen time: the only one with scenes about becoming part of the group, as the FL's father drinking buddy, a lot of talking about his life and competitions from the other friends and families, scenes about him practicing in the academy, stopped by parents to talk about his bad moments, mentioned as wanted son-in-law, etc. Plus the fact that the FL always thought she was unlovable and the writer wanted to give her someone who never smirked, mocked or scolded her, always happily accepted her in any situation.

It's not a saga. They're different stories and different characters. The chronological release dates are inverse to the titles: R-1997 (2012), R-1994 (2013), R-1988 (2015)
Does anyone know the names of the production team, like costume, art director, hair and makeup and sound? I want…
See following link, the information is on the right column. Chinese and other asian dramas usually don't disclose names of art directors, make up, etc. So guide yourself by directors, and by 'producers' (not 'executive producers') which are the ones that select most of the team, cast, etc, during the development and pre-production stages. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love_Between_Fairy_and_Devil_(TV_series)
I just finished part 1…I have such mixed feelings about it. I’m surprised the overall rating is 9. The storyline…
I've put it on hold twice already, and can't find the motivation to continue with ep 20. I don't like the plot so far, the only character I like is the ML, and the pace is slow. It may be because my last drama was Love between fairy and devil which was very original and fast paced. But since this one is so high rated , I'll probably finish it sometime this year.
The TBA dramas above where he appears as already casted with the respective FL, have reputed directors who wouldn't pick just any script, so I'm happy Dylan is picking good projects.
I respect your opinion. But please note that professionals with much more experience than yourself thought otherwise:…
