I haven't seen much of the 2ML but I hear some are really hating him oof... it's gonna be my first time seeing him in a role like this bc I've seen him in 2 others and he was a really good character in both ('Summer Again' and 'Feud') so good luck to me. I just hope he has a redemption arc in the end atp so that I can forgive him if he rlly pisses me off a lot.

I haven't seen much of the sister either but man, I hope that she learns from the choice she made. It's true when Suige said that she never had to deal with anything of the royal family so she doesn't know what she is getting into and what she's going to experience when she marries that guy... But I do not like the fact that she really insists on this marriage bc she thinks she likes him just from ONE encounter? It is really heartbreaking how she can trust Jingsha more than her own brother who knows him sooo well and is his mortal enemy. I really can't imagine my own sibling marrying someone who is my mortal enemy and will then become my in-law like that's just VERY SAD. Sister better learn from this and stand up for herself if 2ML treats her terribly! She rlly deserves so much more than that guy. Anyways, I haven't seen the meet-up yet, I'm just hoping it's not as bad as ppl say it is...

Not bored at all. What an amazing drama. The chemistry between the leads is so good. I blush but then I laugh, I love them XDDD!!! And not to mention how so many of the sets are reminding me so much of Moonlight Mystique which is one of my most fav dramas ever! Idk why but looking at it makes me feel so nostalgic. Really miss that drama a lot :( Some of the shots remind me of MM too. Esp that one where ML saves FL in the boat... the frame is the same as Jingyuan in MM which I find so beautiful! Anyways, everything about this drama... wow, amazing. The comedy is on point, the music during them makes it even funnier, the outfits and the sets are truly eye-catching. Btw I'm only at the beginning of Ep.7 so I'm a lil behind as I can't ever watch all 6 in one day (first day) since I have other things to do but yeah... Anyways yeah I have to say this is one of my most favorite dramas of this year so far! I hope it keeps it up.

I watched on iQIYI and they translated them all when I watched them and I always watch the episodes on the day they release? unless you're only talking about the last episodes when he was already revealed as the villain bc I skipped most of those lmao (I saw someone post about him circling big x for Qiushui tho but he's just annoying that I just couldn't watch most of his scenes after ep.32 esp if it was him alone...)

Wow what an epic first episode! Just started this and I am loving it so much. I'm so hooked already! Both leads are so badass!!! Not to mention the OSTs! Well I didn't hear much but as soon as I heard Sa Dingding's voice omg... I really got so happy. So happy she has an OST here 😭 Well, I am so excited to watch more of it when I have the time! Really a great, epic, and intense start!

Just started watching and omg how can Xiao Ge be so handsome 😭 Actually it's my first lost tomb version of a drama I'm watching but omg he is so cool!!!! Just watched Cheng Xiang in TJOL and he is sooo entirely different there so I am impressed. I also am so happy to be listening to his real voice here. How can he have such a beautiful deep attractive voice? In TJOL he is dubbed so we didn't hear it. I'm so happy listening to it here 🥹 Just watched 2 eps and I was really waiting for him to save Wuxie from those gigantic insects and when he did... oh how cool he was!!! 😭🥹👌🏻👏🏻 So excited to see more of him!!!

kinda thought this but it's really weird that they name crazy yan as li chenzhou's dad in the casting when they shouldn't have... ppl are gonna now assume that he's the father of him here in the drama if they see that... would've been nice if they did add this since it was originally from the novel tho but it's not bad either way

And yeah, I know about the scene where Qiushui actually destroys the carriage during Li Chenzhou and Shirong's death. It's a shame they didn't show that he was in the scene when he actually was!!! I saw this on twitter earlier today

It's honestly so weird that they decided not to show us scenes of Qiushui trying to save General Wu and the process of it all. It really made the scene less engaging idk... I just know we would be feeling it more if they had shown those!

I just hate that we never get to see Qiushui's reactions at all of Li Chenzhou and Shirong dying like he never questioned it IN THE DRAMA? Not even Crazy Yan's? It's weird that no one questioned about Crazy Yan's death at all after he died tho, that is so out of character/plot!

I was like in Ep.38 a couple days ago and saw that Crazy Yan was listed as Chenzhou's father so I was gonna ask, do they really reveal it that he is the father? Cuz to me it would feel so forced into the storyline. So instead of asking, I decided to wait and see it for myself.... and nope, they don't show it. What a waste. I believe there is even a scene before Li Chenzhou's death where Qiushui cries and shouts out to him that Crazy Yan is his father but... idk why they removed such a scene 😭😭😭😭 Here it is below (look through the whole thread). Its such a shame we didn't get to hear Qiushui calling Li Chenzhou master and even more so mourn for his death like wthhh???? He never even questioned where he was in the end at all IN THE DRAMA, it's so disappointing 😩😤😔😑

I thoroughly enjoyed most up of the drama. That was up until they started to show the main villain more in the last episodes. So many bad things happen bc of him but they were executed so badly and felt so forced into the storyline too like I feel like the production crew was just forcing for these things to happen and idk why. Bc some of the most powerful and smart ppl lose against him and become weak, which makes no sense esp bc they are so smart yet get tricked so easily or they are not powerful enough to defeat someone like him? Anyways, the ending was utterly disappointing for me and many others... bc things happened way too fast and way too sudden and there was not enough time for us to process it. Not enough time or even screentime for the characters to process it either. Anyways for me most of the drama was really enjoyable up until maybe Ep.32. But I'd say Eps 34, 36, and 39 were mostly very satisfying (and I just know its cuz the villain was barely ever shown in those episodes lmao). So at least most eps were good. Some of the last ones were just so bad that I felt like I was forcing myself to watch some of them.I just have to skip or fastforward most of the villain's scenes bc of this. So I'll just give you a heads up on that. The ending could change your mind esp with how they didn't fully wrap things up but let us not forget all of the enjoyable moments we witnessed and experience in these past episodes 👐🏻❤️

I did bump my rating down a little bit bc of how they executed the ending but I would not rate the drama so low bc of that bc I really did enjoy most of the drama. I just wish they didn't rush and force things to happen. They also cut many important scenes too which did make editing also feel very choppy so there's that I guess. Many fans have been demanding the team to reedit them back in like yes we need them so bad! 😭😭😭 Once you know what scenes they are, you'll understand what I mean 😩

Also to tell you the truth the rating has been stuck at 8.0 and switching back and forth with 7.9 throughout most of the drama's airing so most of this rating definitely wasn't bc of the ending but bc of lots of trolls 🤦🏻‍♀️

Worst possible and worst way they can execute a drama's ending like what were the production crew thinking when giving us this ending with so many sudden deaths within 5 episodes???? Making the deaths way too easy and they don't even give enough time for the characters to even mourn for them (or don't even show them mourning for them like wthhhh) 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ A lot of the deaths made no sense whatsoever bc some smart and powerful ones just die that easily after living/scheming/winning fights for so long against their enemies? Drama is great but the ending is a big no-no
