I was watching some edits and I only observed now. In the epilogue, before ml sees fl, he just wore a normal expression,…
Glad you mentioned the epilogue! Thanks. I went back and watched it. Epilogues are such happy little gifts. When you’re sad that the episode is over, boom, you get a little treat—nope, not over yet. 😊
She is a bad kisser in all of her dramas. Her lips don’t move at all. She is just there… it’s a shame especially…
Maybe we can collectively will it into existence 😆. This Director directed “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim” and “Because This Is My First Life”. So, I know he knows how to capture a heart-fluttering kiss. Let’s hope he can work his magic again here.
Unpopular opinion continued. 7. Jason Kim needs to hire professional writers who can write down better dialogue…
The writing for Wu Do Hwan’s dialogue was the worst. He barely uttered more than two sentences in any given scene. I feel like his character was seriously written-down for some reason this season. I found it baffling. The plot overall was very simplistic. But, I’m already sat for Season 3 nonetheless, patiently waiting, excited for whatever they give us 🤭😄.
I heard, in general, Netflix’s new business model is to simplify writing and over-repeat the plot (basically dumb things down for people) because the executives and analysts believe that people don’t pay attention thoroughly to dramas anymore as they are playing with their phones while watching.
That’s the state of society now. 😳🤨😄. I can’t take some things too seriously. Not worth it.
This is the first drama where I ever saw Hwang Chan Sung’s attractiveness. He was appealing in this drama—acting on point, fight scenes on point, visuals on point, character/role choice on point. He needs to keep bringing this level to all his dramas.
love shin hae sun but I rarely really like her dramas, but I'm so curious about this one because it's sounds like…
I enjoyed her in “Five Enough”—great series. She was an unknown actress, but was very hilarious in “She Was Pretty”—really stood out. I could tell she was special. She was also memorable in “High School King of Savvy.” Truth be told, I prefer her as a supporting actress. She’s an outstanding character actress and adds so much to a scene when she’s supporting.
He’s second lead a lot , well, he was second lead in “Temperature of Love”. He was pretty outstanding in that. The FL character messed him about 🤨. I couldn’t stand her.
A big house like theirs, why Gun Woo and Woo Jin sharing a room with bunk beads like little kids? A house that big should easily have at least 3 bedrooms.
is it only me or this wasnt it? season 1 wayy better
Season 2 plot is definitely more simplistic, not a lot of twists and turns, very straightforward. Gun Woo (Geon U) also seemed more like a supporting character than the ML. He barely had any lines or screen time. (Woo Do Hwan also looked less ripped and shredded in Season 2 in my opinion, still good though, just not the wow factor like in Season. He looked incredible in Season 1.) The supporting characters and the villain stole the show. Rain was incredible. The show kept my attention nonstop.
This dramas potential was wasted on a military plot. i know it's based on a book but literally if it had been…
Too many revenge dramas out there, that trope is overdone lately. This drama has been fresh and interesting, but I do think 40 episodes has been a bit too much.
All the side characters and side couples have been great though. Overall, I like it a lot. It’s been far more graphic with the violence than I expected however.
The romantic tension was good at first, but lost its momentum when she learned he was the Marquis and distanced herself. Now, they’re all good again finally. When did that happen? I feel like I missed something.
Secretary Do looks like the girl-version of Gong Myong. They could play twins.
Btw, does IU do proper kisses? Or is she one of those fish-kiss actresses? She doesn’t seem like the type to do a proper kiss to me.
