ok so lil sis's LeeSeobang stalker book didn't creep anyone else out? i know they jokingly call this chick a stalker…
i get that it's a cultural thing and i always take into account the "drama" factor, but the wierd stalking habbits of obsessed teen aged girls in korea doesnt just exist in dramaland. just ask the guys from super junior or TVXQ /JYJ. there is rarely any punishment for these stalkers, and no one in a position of respect or authority seems to be inclined to even admonish them, in fact the whole industry seems to thrive on trying to convince these girls that their oppas and unnies somehow belong to them.
ok so lil sis's LeeSeobang stalker book didn't creep anyone else out? i know they jokingly call this chick a stalker but really, what was unni and this kid's teacher's doing that they let her reach this level of obsession? and why does he put up with it?
on ep 5. what so the whole letter/ kid committing suicide was just a coincidence??? and "i wanted you to feel my pain, his pain!" WTF?!! i suspected it could be the doctor but the fact the killer isnt even really connected to everything that was set up in the first half feels like a cop out. they had something really interesting and intriguing going on and then they just slapped it down with this whole "oh what a coincidence a serial killer!" crap. they better fix this shit pronto!
i dont know why everyone is surprised that it took a more serious turn, the 2nd half of nearly all korean rom coms start to feel more makjang and less rom com.
AM I the only one who doesn't care about the girl's age? I mean she doesn't even look her age, her acting is amazing…
in america the specific laws can vary state by state. with very rare exception in most states a 14 yo would not be considered of the legal age of consent. that is usually 16, but in most states even if the minor is 16-17 if the age gap is more than a couple of years it would still be illegal.
* keep in mind, in many US states even a romantic relationship (as in not a sexual one) could be enough to land an adult in hot water.
Ah....now that I know the age of the actors I don't know if I can stomach this watch. LOL....14 and 23?? Ack.…
i've actually been debating watching it or not b/c the leads all looked SOOO young, (i perfer my rom coms post pubescent) so i looked it up. totally turned off now.

no, she doesnt look her age, she looks like a tall ten year old. the only way this age gap will be accpetable, no less weird but acceptable, is if there is absolutely no skinship. if there is skinship not only is that gross but where i'm from it would be illegal.

yea, that wireds me out. since it's a Korean drama i'm sure nothing untoward is going on and i'm aware that the characters are the same age but as the mother and aunt of teenage girls (two of whom happen to be 14) this age gap bugs me. with age gaps it's not so much the # of years but where those years fall. no, nine years isnt a huge deal, if the younger party is a an adult. she's a child and she is acting opposite two grown men. it's a little gross.
i've liked this drama a lot so far but i was very disappointed in episode... was it five? i'm down with potty humor. fart jokes are hilarious, but not for thirty minutes. could the writers really not think of anything else? the entire 2nd half of the episode was one long poo joke. that horse was dead after the first five minutes.
ep 10 The ending I can't even. I'm glad this director finally let a couple of guys beat each other up. There are…
so many times in a drama i'm biting my pillow thinking "DECK HIM!!!" this was very satisfying, and when i thought they were done they rolled around some more it was great!
I just hope he's not going to pretend now that it's not him but it's "the younger brother" :/
if he does try to pretend he's the dongseng not the hyung that will be a heinous misuse of drama logic. even the most naive and trusting female lead will not be able to ignore the fact that he has the exact same injuries. not even drama logic can explain that away.
