i just found nothing interesting about the character, even before the love triangle/ square i found her to be pretty archetypal and could smell the impending lack of character development brewing.

i havent really liked Jung Hee's character. after her kidnapping at least i know it's not the actress, she just pulled a crappy role. although she might have taken it just for a chance to get close to JJ :P

some american shows film while the show is airing, but it is usually with a delay of at least a few weeks. it seems korean production crews do better with the stress, i cant name names but i read an article a while back that touched on the fact that pre-filmed dramas dont seem to do as well in korea.

the practice of "live" filming usually works out well for dramas but sometimes- just sometimes- a script ends up in the toliet b/c the writers didnt have enough time with it. i think this is one of those times.

what that usually means in dramaland is that some lowly editing assitant has to work over time to edit a 16 hr show down to a one or two hour "movie" to be aired again. in korea esp it very rarely means new content.

this show haa done so many things right and i feel like they are going to fumble it in the end zone

though i enjoy some of the performances and character interactions the over all plot is a confused mess.

i didnt realize he was in this until he showed up on screen and i yelled "Puppy killer!" much to the befuddlement of my family. :{

now Jae Hee is magically going to start acting like she cares about Hoon? is that supposed to the the big, is she isn't she reveal?

Sung Rok is so deliciously wierd!

aftewr the wonderful job that was done with Witch's romance (remake of t-drama My Queen) i am very much looking forward to this!

that's pretty standard in k-drama, any time a female character who isnt evil has some depth and strength of her own they have to invalidate that by later turning her into to a sniveling male dependant blob of "distorted korean views about women"

i enjoy it, but it's not one that has be jumping up in down anticipating the next episode every week

sooo i got half way throught he 1st ep. the dynamic between the leads (her begging him to date her and him treating her like she was an annoying child) REALLY bothered me. does this change? if so how quickly and if not is it a big part of the plot?

face palm. isnt there a publicist some where who got paid to advise against cheese crap like fake finger guns?

i think hoon likes soohyun. he can talk all the smack he wants. after soohyun told him his perm looked silly twice he changed his hair. he doesnt care enough about what other people think to have done it for any reason other than liking her, even if he doesnt want to admit it.

drama gods : i will pay money for Han Sueng Hee NOT to be the real Jae Hee. also one fugly plaid flannel shirt is more than enough, i dont care how much money "megaton" paid you.

since viki automatically ques up the latest ep. i accidentally watched Ep 2 1st. it makes me a little nervous about the writers that i didnt feel lost AT ALL. sure, there might be little details that i missed but alot of it was rehashed in ep 2. it doesnt bode well when some one can miss over half of the exposition and still have a pretty good idea what's going on.
