you're beautiful was my 1st drama, and i LOVED but i must admit the second time around the luster and shine was gone. when i watch IDN i discovered that alot of the things that irratated me about the original were practically gone! i like the japanese version a little better. if i could have had IDN with YB's supporting cast i would have been in heaven.
1. Mama Jiao should seriously get rid of her husband and marry director Du, lol 2. I think Terry is becoming too…
at this point, if they are even a little interested in giving the fans what they want i dont see how she can end up with anyone but Terry. it really is too much!
OMG good news you guys! "Okay, listen up, this show is becoming very special. I believe because of Terry,…
i really hope so. they way they have done it i dont even get any of those creepy "oh he just loves her b/c she looks like his dead fiancee" feels from Terry. i think he genuinely like Da Hua for who she is.
this is SO bad. the movie this was based on wasnt really that great either, what saved it was Kang Ji Hwan's supernaturally good comedic timing and his hilarious screen presence in general. Joo Won, bless his dimpled heart, just doesnt have that. to make matters worse they twisted up the premise. the premise itself is good and supported what little etertaining plot the film had.
ugh...dont know if i can sloug through the last 6 or so episodes. the female lead gets REALLY tiresome. it starts out really promising. and i do mean HONESTLY promising not "my bias in it so i think it's awesome" because Jiro Wang, though i can see his appeal for others, just doesnt do it for me. it's not until it gets half way through that i started to wonder what horrible thing really happened to this woman to make her this sniveling mess, b/c the explination given in the show just doesnt seem to account for this level of pathetic. combine this with the leads going round in circles and cliches drama drama, it gets old fast.
this would have been waaaay better as a drama. i should go back and time it but the male lead only has maybe 30 minutes in the whole thing, and most of that is him smiling at her from the other side of the street ect.
Well... that sucks. I actually liked it longer. But..I will take it any way YOU want to make it. I enjoy them…
i'm so glad ANYONE wants to read it! once i get settled into the new digs you will see a return of longer articles and more activity over you can guess where.
i think Korean television is slowly (and i mean sllllooooowwwllyyy) moving into a mind space american television has been operating in for a long time. the realization that television is NOT for moral instruction is coming. what matters now is that they deal with these social issues within the society and it seems to me that they are making progress toward doing that. it is certain facets of korean society that fuel bullying and assault. i seriously doubt the local highschool bully learned his tricks from Goo Jun Pyo or Go Nam Soon.
episode 1-4 subbed on dramacrazy - know as Substitute Princess
i think they (and dramafever too) are using the Alt. title substitute princess for the international audience b/c to English speakers it makes more sense. i'm sure king flower makes perfect sense to mandarin speakers, but i dont get the connection.
