Agree. She treated ZZ due to her past life with ZZ. It makes sense but what she will discover is that the present ZZ was x connected to ZZ in her past, like her feelings will turns out differently outcome due to her presence actions & also whatever with current ZZ and XW. Same goes to XW. Jiang will understand that XW actions diffrnt from his past, taking different decisions from his past, same as her.

Wow what an amazing execution of plots specifically 21-24(currently on). Keeping me intrigued and keep me on my toes.

Im putting this drama on hold at ep 16. I just cant bear the wait for the upcoming week

Till the end of moon for sure. The ML is basically just devil and has dark character, compared to other drama with that genre.

Understandable. Maybe the fact that both ML & 2ML has strong chemistry yet conveyed differently made people love the 2ML. Plus, the story evolves around two lifes which portrays the equal importance to the FL.

Tbh, she has a face that fits historical drama, feminine yet has a strong presence, x overall delicate looking for her to bring a strong character. Actors need to have certain criteria to fit historical drama cause x all good actors fit historical drama, at the point physical traits plays an important part. Plus HD focused soo much on facial expressions which Bai Lu nailed it.

Something heart-wrenching with Jiang; to regret your decision for wealth, position and power to realise they were nothing & lose everything, everyone that is good to her, ruining people that loved her. Read a few pages of the novel & this caught me: "If I had known it would be the end of today, why bother to spend a lot of time? It's better to travel thousands of miles, see the thousands of miles of rivers and mountains, and be like a free bird. In this life, I just entered the palace by mistake. The wall, the bustling cocoon..."

Yes! The story is intriguing soo much, characters & plots wise. The past life deserved a whole story to appreciate her changes, & XW character in present life. I really want to know the love between her, XW & ZZ in past life.

Thank you. I noticed how they didn't explain about the background of the empress more in earlier eps when it played an important role in the plots. Felt like this drama needed 60 eps to make up the novel, showing how good the story is tbh. Maybe the way the author created the story(even i x read the novel) that it was very well conveyed in a drama. Maybe the drama is just too good that I wanted more lol. Usually, by ep 20 something, we just know that "its enough' but in this drama, there're a lot of things that I hope to get more.

The comments sections deserved more comments! This drama is just great. I'm on ep 11 and x want to skip any second of it. Everything is purposeful and intriguing, even all the side characters. Loving Bai Lu chemistry with ALL actors.
