oh I swore I wouldn't watch trailers anymore after watching episode 9. it makes me too anxious not knowing the whole picture. lol.

the tension build-up was so good and then all of a sudden... CHAOS.

she's still clueless and has a clingy niece too, but at least she likes her daughter-in-law here so far.

i was so anxious about episode 9 after i saw the trailer and kept wondering how she was going to turn things around. my girl did not disappoint! she used everyone including her own husband. at this point, han liao probably likes her as much as he hates her. lol.

i couldn't stop saying, "this is so ridiculous!" within the first few seconds of the first episode but also could not stop watching it. lol.

why was a-chou so blessed with her male family members -_-

oh I was just speculating that she could be an actual twin. I didn't read the novel btw so I really am just guessing hehe

i don't think i can watch another second of this drama if wei rao weren't a twin/lookalike. she's deplorable. the one thing that makes her especially interesting is the fact that someone else looks exactly like her and there's obviously a story there. the grandmas helped create this monster, and now they have to deal with her. lol.

this is so soapy and not what I'm usually into but... ohmygosh tian xi wei has me bingeing all episodes in one night. i love when the camera focuses on her crazy eyes!!!

the first time i saw tan xi wei on-screen, she played a brat and i was so so so annoyed at her character that i avoided dramas where she was the protagonist. lol. when i finally relented and watched a new life begins, i started anticipating her next projects. now i feel a little excited seeing her in a bratty role again :))

yeah the preview for 17 made me think so too :(

oh man no wonder when I heard the masked man in the preview for 17 say, "his life is in my hands," the only person I could think of was li si being at the mercy / care of his master.

as his only father figure, i hope shifu doesn't betray him too :( but i do wonder if he's connected to liluo

this drama has a lot of people wondering whether LX loves JQ or not :)) that's not the point of the show, but if i were LX and had three classes of maids at my disposal, i would never attend to my husband as he bathes much less give him a body scrub. lol.
