I'm at the end of EP6 and the conversation they had before leaving Canada was so weird. Like why didn't he just stop her and tell her it was okay and that he wanted to be with her? Like why did he feel like he was wronged because she was pushing him away to protect herself? I just didn't get this at all. The whole time, she was obviously chasing after him and he was indifferent to her and when she finally gave him up, he was like, "Too bad because I was going to go to you." IRL, a real convo wouldn't end like that.
The only way these two can be end game is if the Majesty allows it. He will probably allow it if he doesn't see the Grand Prince as a threat.I think somehow they will work around her status as a widow especially if the Im family falls. Maybe the FL's father will get status and her status will change. Anything is possible.
I love the 2 main actors but I feel for this drama, they're not quite right for the role. Kim Hye Yoon doesn't really have that arrogant or deceitful gravitas and there's just something not working for Lomon is this drama. Like others have said, the stories are all over the place. Also I don't get how he could forget someone like Eun-Ho, especially after she showed him her powers. I mean, he came in contact with a mystical nine-tailed fox! Lol!
The nephew and the girl is kind of pissing me off. She's basically so rude to the nephew all the time and expecting to him to give up winning just to please her and the nephew is doing whatever she says. Annoying AF.
I've watched a few kdramas where the groom dies before the actual wedding and the bride is considered married and now widowed. It's so dumb but I guess that's how it was back then. That's why you see her in mourning clothes right after and in the next episode, participating in the funeral like a family member.
They didn’t get married I hope they don’t make her a widow, what are those clothes she’s wearing? I’m…
Well in most dramas, even though the wedding didn’t happen, the bride is still considered married and becomes a widow. It's so stupid. That's why we see her in mourning attire right after. But the Prince will probably nullify the marriage hopefully!
I really like Nam Ji Hyun as an actress. There's just something about her acting that only she can pull off in roles like this! She's so good here and I was worried that Moon Sang Min wouldn't be able to keep up with her; but I think they're so great together! Sang Min is doing such an amazing job with the dialogue and pining after her! These two are so great together!! I'm still trying to figure out the SML, Jae I? Does he really like her or just despises the fact that she's happy despite being an eolnyeo(?) and he can't stand her for that because of his hidden background? Or does he really like her too?
Another body switch? Can we really come up with something else original? I just watched Moon River and they did…
It's always like that though. Two dramas with similar storylines always come out around the same time. I did drop Moon River before the body swap though.
So what are your thoughts? Who is the killer? I thought it could be Yeong Bin because he was so quiet, then I think it's Jae Hui. Someone else will probably show up...
I'm still on EP 4. Why do they do a blindfold test when they should just not have the chefs in the room at first? The servers can wheel in the carts and set up the dish in front of them and THEN put on the blindfolds so that the chefs can come in a prepare the serving.
did anyone notice in ep 14 the bathroom of the hotel room xi guang is sharing with basically a STRANGER has a…
Yeah but those hotel glass bathroom walls are usually high tech. You press a button for privacy and it transitions into a white opaque colour. It gives complete privacy like a solid wall. It's pretty cool.
I'm on ep 15 and I'm kinda' getting tired of all this dialogue between characters about"the hottest guy" and "hottest girl" and "oh she's so gorgeous". It's so overly done and said. And by now, the office gossip between the two main leads would've started already and been vicious.
