Title Would You Marry Me? Spoiler
I'm just gonna say this straight up that's been bothering me... usually when a friend's boyfriend calls you to ask you where your friend is, (his girlfriend), the usual answer is, "I don't know." Especially when he says they had a "lover's quarrel". You hang up, call the girlfriend and warn her that her boyfriend is looking for her. You never know what they're really going through. She could be leaving a domestic violent relationship and hiding. She could be cheating on him... who knows? I feel like this show isn't giving enough credit to women and their sisterhood and "girl-code". Even with that videotaping of the woman's chest and the guy not getting arrested, and all the crap the FL is putting up with, the show disappoints with the lack of female empowerment. Kdramas need to start writing better views on women and their ability to stand up for themselves. I know some ppl are saying, "Well that's South Korea for you." but dramas and storytelling can influence change. Korean women deserve to be painted in better light. It's so frustrating.

Title Fight for Love Spoiler
There is no rebirth, that was only in the novel. The drama does not have rebirth plot. Wei Brothers are dead.
Right? I thought she's like going to go through a rebirth and save those brothers...

Oh, I just read the synopsis on here and it's different from the one on Viki.

I don't get it, is this like a rebirth where she goes back in time and all the Wei brothers are still alive?

I found it so annoying that everyone thought they were entitled to know why he wanted to be a technician instead of a doctor. Like mind your own business. It was his personal choice. IIt's the stupidest reason but still his personal choice. So, what if he has a medical license? Also, why would the hospital want to lose someone like Igarashi considering that someone like Dr. Pilles wanted him on his team? I mean with that kind of interest from Dr. Pilles, any hospital would want him. I wish they didn't make all the other doctors seem incompetent.

I still think that this trope of caring for someone who badly betrayed you is just ridiculous. The writers do nothing for women empowerment every time they write women this way. It's 2025. Women have pride and dignity too. There have been many stories of women who actually found out their husbands were cheating on them while the husband was hospitalized and most of these women just left them right then there without even telling them that they found out. They need to write women better instead of re-using the same old tropes. It would be far more interesting to see a woman giving zero f*cks and putting her self-care first. I'd love to see a story like that. Writers need to keep up with times. There's just as much drama when the FL walks away.

Title Would You Marry Me? Spoiler
This last episode kinda pissed me off. Why didn't Meri tell her co-worker what happpened? Do writers think that women don't have friends to vent to? If her ex was close enough to have her co-worker's number to call her to ask Meri's whereabouts, then Meri should be close enough to her to tell her the truth. At least give her co-worker the heads up that they broke up just in case he stalks her. And what's with her ex forcing himself inside her house? As far as he knows, they're divorced and he's literally breaking and entering. That's not okay. It's also not okay for him to get angry at her and accuse HER of cheating and also get angry at her for not forgiving him. I'm tired of these writers writing these women so weak and men so borderline abusive with no consequences. I would've been happy if she at least tried to call the cops. Ugh. Dude literally skipped to his mistress as soon as the divorce papers were signed, flew to Hong Kong to be with the new gf, avoided her calls, his family treats her and her mom like sh*t, expects her to take him back and gets angry that she doesn't, forces his way into her house and what? She babysits him at the hospital. Wtf?!

I am so tired of them writing women this way. It’s irritating. I skipped those entire scenes. Smh
Totally agree! Like writing women so weak after they've been so disrepected and cheated on.

Title Would You Marry Me? Spoiler
I wish that he fell for her first before finding out she was the little girl who gave him the plushie. They're making it very obvious that after he found out, now he likes her but hopefully they will show more moments that he was already falling for her before finding out. Also, I wish kdramas would stop making mothers encouraging their daughters to make sure they don't "screw up" getting a "good man". Like saying, "If Meri something wrong, I'll set her straight." Then stand there listening to them bad mouth her daughter. Kdramas should write mothers better. There are mothers out there that will see the red flags and not want their daughter to get married even if he's a "higher" social class. And there are moms who would know that if a wedding was called off, it wouldn't be because the daughter screwed up, but that the man probably broke her heart somehow. Most moms wouldn't let their daughter be so openly insulted. Kdramas need to write moms better.

This is such a fun watch... you know what's ruining it for me, that childhood connection trope. i know its coming…
I know, seriously, why always this childhood connection? Like I barely remember any childhood friends I had and I certainly wouldn’t remember a brief encounter but it's okay because I love that cutie child actress. 🥰

Why was that b*tch trying to make her pay for dinner and karoake?!
I'm just trying to figure out her character. Like why was she acting so friendly and invited her out and then tell her she has to pay? Does she secretly hate her or something?

I'm a fan of Choi Woo Shik and I like the chemistry with him and Jung So Min so far. They're both good at doing innocent and sweet expressions. Looking forward to more episodes!

Although I understand your sentiment, I also think it's to be expected, because we did not know much about Shen…
Yeah, there's also that jealousy factor too. It's kind of like that cliché when someone doesn't like you but then when another person shows interest, all of a sudden, he gets jealous and possessive. SM is exactly like this. He knows he's on the verge of divorce but yet he openly flaunts amd boasts to the other guy that he's still legally married to her. Like dude, she wanted to file the divorce papers and you deliberately sabotaged it. Lol!

Geez, I commented earlier on here how I love Lusi's acting and here you are trolling me. Why are you attacking me when I mentioned nothing personal about the actors? They're acting. I don't have a problem with the actors but the writers. What's wrong with that? Please do not cyberbully me over a drama. I can love Lusi as an actress but not entirely like all the dramas she's in. BTW, I don't know where you saw the 1 star from as I've never given any drama a 1 star review. I've only give 1 star for rewatch values.

Title Love's Ambition Spoiler
It almost feels like the writers changed midway. Like I said before and I agree with others, SM needs to apologize first. To me, it feels like he didn't really suffer any heartache or angst. There wasn't enough pining or SM feeling really heartbroken after her. Just regret and missing her but that's it. It's like he still has that controlling and possessive side to him so maybe that's why he doesn't seem as sincere. Some of the comedic bits and doing "research" with YunYi Ming seem out of place. Just like his little "brother" giving him advice.

I think it was pretty obvious that he'd loved her all along. he said nast things to her out of spike as things…
I just feel there's not enough heartache and angst from his character. You see the FL's heartache but he just seems like he wants to still control her. That's just my opinion.
