It's interesting to venture outside of the standard Thai, Korean, and Japanese dramas and see something different. This one, though... wasn't great. It had serious pacing issues, with the romance developing in an instant and then scene after scene of never-ending flashbacks. Also, some character decisions really annoyed me. Everyone knew Mr Fang was shady, but no one bothered to warn Su Yi. Not his boyfriend, not even his brother. They wouldn't have to be explicit, just: "look, there are rumors that Mr Fang takes advantage of young actors, so, um, be careful around him?" Dang, even when Su Yi disappeared from the party, his own brother was like, "yeah, it's probably nothing." Bitch, it's your brother! Who left with a guy who's rumored to be a creep! A bit of concern wouldn't hurt, you know? 😡 And then, when Su Yi wanted to stop the release of the file, and Pei Ja insisted on going on, why couldn't they modify the file to beep out his name? "Sorry, the victim would like to remain anonymous; please respect his privacy." End of story. Although the ending was so convoluted, I don't even know who wanted what in the end. Also, like others said, it felt too abrupt. A bit of closure wouldn't hurt.
Its not just a long shot, its impossible lol. Chimon quit doing BL's cause he said he experienced depression after…
Chimon looked uncomfortable during kissing scenes, I can't imagine him accepting a role in something as explicit as MPB 😂 I expect his role in Match Point to be a borderline bromance.
For those who are wondering, I went back and checked the other times a gmmtv pair "broke up" to see how…
The difference is that they were supporting pairings or ensemble series. WS were mains in MPB. But I also hope we'll get a recast, this idea is too good to be buried.
Idk if people are still active on here but I wanted to ask if the couple really does not have a lot of screen…
If you mean JiuTian, they have a lot of screen time. Maybe not in the first few episodes, but once they get to know each other, they're at the centre of the show. But I watched it a while ago, maybe they're just the only thing I remember XD
If it's Tuesday, it must be 'Peach Lover' time!Hello to all the haters and complainers, who have fatefully showed…
Don't forget 'Playboy' 🤣 I just watched the first two episodes and came to check what people say to see if it gets any better. From what I'm seeing, I think I'll be dropping it, which I recommend to all the haters. It's literally that easy!
I was looking for something short and easy to watch... why the hell did it make me cry so much? 😭 I loved it though. Mawin is my spirit sibling. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the horse noises, especially in the first ep they were overused.
Daaaamn, it was so good! So toxic, but in a realistic and not romanticized way. I wasn't surprised to see Japanese names in the credits 😆 I loved the symbolism of the rings. The one from Su Hyeon was too loose, representing his unhinged nature. The one from Jae Min was too tight, representing his controlling nature. The one from Seong Hyeon was just right. But a few things felt unfinished: What happened to Su Hyeon? I know he gave up pursuing Da On, but did his father approve of him? Did he stay in the company? Did he get therapy for his anger issues? And what about Da On's sister? I like to think she got to live in Da On's apartment while he was away. And got a job at Seong Hyeon's grandma's bakery, where she didn't have to deal with shitty customers. But overall a great drama!
I'm really curious about how they're going to pull season 2 off. OK. Tony faking his death is one thing. Way faking…
It's not Way, it's a new character named Chris. They said we have to wait and see how is he related to Way. As for Tony... I have a baseless theory that he may secretly be an alpha whose special power is extra healing.
I kept wondering why Po wasn't more proactive in the process of getting together with Thame. I mean he has been…
Because his ex was abusive, controlling freak and Po was under his thumb for so long, he didn't know how to be proactive. You can see him letting everyone walk over him. It takes time (and Thame repeatedly encouraging him to express his real feelings) for him to learn to stand up for himself and fight for what he actually wants.
