i’m like the biggest romance fan ever and i agree this show don’t need any of that

watched the first four episodes and i can say it’s pretty good but i can tell that it’s gonna go down the stressful route for me i understand she’s a sociopath but the way she used the cafe owner guy was so hard to watch coz he’s genuinely a good guy and i don’t really like her character - personally watching a show where i dislike the main character gets me so frustrated fr
i felt a similar way watching the penthouse season 1 until i realised this show shouldn’t be taken that seriously

frrrr this year has been a bit bad for dramas so im glad were getting something really good

ill be honest i HATED melody of golden age but lowkey this looks really good

oh i loved the ending so much WE COULDVE GOTTEN MORE CUTESY ROMANCE SCENES BUT IT WAS STILL FUN ESPECIALLY THE EPILOGUE I WISH IT WAS LONGER I KINDA WANT TO SEE YI HEON ADAPT TO THE MODERN WORLD BUT REGARDLESS THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST THIS YEAR IMO!!!!

i will agree that they are dragging the competition however i am quite enjoying it tbh and this plotline is important to properly jumpstart the overthrowal of yi heon so it is necessary

i ended up finishing it it had its cute wholesome moments which i enjoyed i understand this isn’t romance centered but i didn’t really care for it regardless overall it was a slice of life that was okay still i don’t think anything interesting happened and i watch dramas to be entertained i think this drama is a bit overrated imo

and the episodes being 1hr 20 min long is not helping + i really hate the amount of flashbacks from highschool they add i had the same problem with the first frost (even though i did enjoy it)

i’m on episode 9 and i’m not really getting the hype tbh i think the romance and pretty much everything else is a bit boring
