I'm also hoping they'll build the romance in the series a little more which i think they did change up some stuffs, in the novel for me in the main story they took up all their time resolving the curse issue which I'm not complaining about as horror is the key element of this story but they still had plenty of time to develop their relationship, everytime they had some close moments it always broke before anything progressed further which was a bummer because then the author rushed everything in special episodes

i really wanna know how keng namping's chemistry looked on screen for the first time

true i think the casting is absolutely perfect specially pharan as he was described as someone really attractive with tattoos and everything keng really suits the character so well like he doesn't look goofy chanting those incantations has a perfect balance of cold but caring aura and namping is exactly how i imagined khem to be, I'm also looking forward to how firstone will play jet as that's my favourite character even more than pharan khem

yeah nothing much in the main novel unfortunately it was well written though but then couldn't have they waited a bit more before kids that too twins!! 😭

that is what threw me off a bit when their romance started instead of being an equal he was still treating pharan as someone who's way above him like come awn y'all are lovers from past lives decided to stay together in this life too even if there's an age gap or power imbalance atleast act like a normal couple i mean that was also a reason pharan refused to make khem his disciple in the first place because he knew they both had feelings for eachother specially khem (impure thoughts and everything lol) so why not act like it, ngl i loved their special chapters they were cute but i still wish khem was less timid atleast throughout the years they spent together, I'm really really hoping the khem in the series would have a little backbone, boldness and maturity like please

almost done with the novel and oh my god this is going to be SO GOOD i really hope gmmtv picks up most of the novel scenes as much as possible and keeps the comedic essence too their relationship development was just chef's kiss, gonna start romemohk's story next

they're actually not they appear in first half of the novel mostly to create some tension in the plot their characters are somewhat toxic if you ask me specially tawan (perth's character), the novel cover you're talking about is of thee peach and rome mohk special chapters, you can kinda say rome (thee's younger brother) and mohk (thee's bodyguard/secretary) is somewhat the secondary couple since the author's second novel is based on them although even they appear rarely in me and thee novel it's mostly mohk who appears a lot

just finished the novel and after seeing what happened to TNP dmd better not ruin it for these four too as it's their debut series. The drama has A LOT of cgi work so I'm hoping it won't look low quality post production and since they already resolved the questionable age gap between the protagonists I'm hoping they gave khemjira's character a little more backbone (in the novel all he did was cry lol) considering a lot of people are willing to put their own lives in danger for him i hope he can stand up for himself like i know he's about to dye but come on we can do better than that, keng is HOT just like pharan is described in the novel and they've good chemistry so the romance is gonna hit (they've past lives arc but in the novel they didn't devlop the romance that well khem was always scared of pharan to the point he'd barely make eye contact with him so it bothered me a lot once they started the romance arc hopefully they'll build it well) and i hope all the horror elements ghosts/spirits and occult rituals mentioned in the novel they make it as creepy as possible as those are the key points of the story anyways, either way I'm keeping high hopes for this one although i know I'll be disappointed lol
