from the beginning i don't think khem could imagine anyone would actually lose their lives because of him in the novel too and in the drama he left because he thought that's how he can protect the remaining people including charnjett so yeah

honestly when i read the novel i had so much think pieces and opinions about ramphueng's back story yet i still think khemjira as the little girl who witnessed everything yet couldn't speak up for her had no fault in it she was a mere child maybe we could blame her mother to some extent but even she was powerless infront of the first wife but what khemjira suffered every lifetime he didn't deserve any of it
