Yes, for an “evil” organisation, they seem to be very patriotic. Even the sword king ruled over Guangying in a fair way, granted he killed 2 of his best friends but at least he reduced disputes in a way that made Guangying stable, so they Power Gang is probably morally grey, favouring Jianghu stability. Even the guy that Xiao Quishui and his gang killed first was a Northern spy so he probably was working against the rules set by the Power Gang.
