So far only 3 (mostly A-Tou though) characters have been properly introduced so there is still a lot that can happen. Its called Secret Lovers so a number of things can happen. A-Tou is too popular with the ladies, while his bf has low self confidence, They will have to go through a lot in order to have some growth.
